Back to Patrick O'neil Chiropractic
I seriously could only turn my head about 25 degrees either way the last few days - which I have to say is a serious driving danger. I never realized how much I turn my head until, I couldn't. Same with walking and trying to cross the street. It is way dangerous to turn your whole body because you can't do it very quick.
I already have a little more range but this time I think it my neck injruy was worse. I still can't really turn to the left very far. He said I would be in pain tonight and maybe tomorrow and to call him if it gets worse tomorrow and to schedule a follow up appointment on Monday. He also said I should relax, drink lots of fluids and look straight ahead for the rest of the evening. I really want to go to the massage therapist now. I wish I could go now. Are their 24 hours massage places or is that sketchy and really a different line of work once it is 24 hours.
Run white boy run
I was almost late for the Chiropractor this evening because I stayed at work talking to my teammates about some computer situation we were having. So I started to run home down Washington in order to get the car and a gaggle of ghetto trash coming out of the subway yelling run whitey, run or something and then they were all laughing and yelling more. Maybe that is how they take out their aggression about the unfairness built into our society. At least it wasn't with guns. Besides, I was secretly laughing on the inside thinking about their lives - tragic. I guess that makes me a bad person - whatever. Sometimes I think I should just buy one of those shooting tazers from out of state.

Dinner at sahara grill
(e:terry) really seems to hate valentines day which always makes it so pleasant. I guess I can't complain too much as we have plenty of romantic days not on valentine's day.
So I was thinking that I probably have had 24/7 internet access wherever I go since about 2003, except for maybe a week of remote camping. I wonder what would happen to me if it went away?
I want to shout out to my nokia n810 not phone for having an innovative keyboard that requires no shift press to type a apostrophe.

A Busy Day
(e:matthew) and I started talking about our new architectural website we are working on, more details to come....
Walgreens had valentines pigs dressed in leather chaps. What is that about? Now to decide on a place to eat?
We want to go out for dinner but no one can decide where to go?

Estrip vacation
Then I had to write some rules so that when people requested the old files in links and stuff, that they would be redirected to the new ones. I also read all the news form the mobile phone convention which was exciting but not like buy it now exciting. Everything, was about some distant other phone in the semi distant future ;( That is not why I saved up for this!!
When is the first android phone coming out after all. And when is the freakin' iphone SDK coming out - and flash for the iphone. I am ready now.
I am so ready for something exciting and new in the mobile world. What I really want is the not phone to have its own 3G. Ok maybe to get my sms accepting me into the skyfire beta program.I have been waiting two weeks!!

My Mother's Birthday
It was one of the most amazing meals I ever ate. The service and food was unbelievable. We had a server and two server helpers that attended to everything. I had never had that level of service anywhere.
I had Jonah crab, my mother had a 2 1/4 lb lobster. (e:mike) had scallops, my father had lamb chops and (e:terry) had ny strip steak with blue crab meat. Poor (e:matthew) was sick ;( The lobster was the biggest lobster I ever saw. It doesn't look as big in the pic as it did in real life.
The interior was really nice. I especially liked the suede high back booth we were in.
Here you can see part of the menu. You can see the full menu on their website
Their fireplace was awesome. I kind of want one like this.
Afterwards we went home for cake and gift opening.
(e:miek) trying to listen to something
Mom and me at the table
WE tried to take a family photo but for some reason, my brother (e:mike) cannot smile in a picture. My mom has trouble too. WE all had trouble with it basically. Maybe its genetic. We had so many retakes, this is just a small sample.
By the end I was laughing so hard. poor (e:terry) had to take the pics.

Random Stuff
What is this car part? I found it in my Grandfather's stuff when I was trying to decide what to keep and what to get rid of. It seems like someone with this car would really want the part but I can't seem to idenitfy it. It is is perfect condition and made out of really heavy solid metal/steal/chrome.
It looks so retro futuristic
I set up the old server with the graphic card that used to be in it. Before it was the estrip server for two years, it was my 3D rendering station. I remember buying this FireGL X1 256MB graphic card for $1000 with my student loan money. It was so freakin' awesome at the time in 2003. Now laptops have that much graphic memory ;( It's probably worth nothing now. Luckily, it is worth something to (e:terry) who can use it to play warcraft on the machine.

Some pictures - old and new
I decided to wear a tie.
We were cleaning up our den today in order to move a much bigger desk for me into it when someone found this old CD of data from my old blueberry ibook abck in 1999. On it were a lot of pictures I cannot post but these ones, I can post.
Here is one of (e:terry) from our bedroom in Germany. He looks crazy. The photo was named crazy man, in german.
Oh, I miss the endless skies and warmth of arizona ;(
How super apple fanboy gay is this. I am almost embarassed. We took this with our webcam back in 2000.
One time we needed a place to live because we had just moved to Germany and didn't know anyone, so we put up these signs everywhere with our name/email. Notice the lack of much information. It led to us finding somewhere though.
Here are some picture of (e:terry) and Ronnie Deleski - she was one of our really good friends from Arizona who then also went to school in Germany and visited us there.
Okay, this one is insane - I don't really remember the details but I am pretty sure Ronnie and (e:terry) were very drunk and silly youths at the time.
(e:terry) and I in our room
(e:terry) looking young and cute back in 1999 when our apartment was 15x9 with three of us living there. We had to roll up our futon bed in order to use the oven. It did have a walk in tiled shower though.
(e:terry) looking strong

New TV, old roomate, boston market
HD moveis are redic expensive. Like $40 and the BBC Earth movie (e:matthew) wanted was like $100 in HD. Unfortunately/fortunately, we don't have an HD or bluray player because we went with the Xbox instead of the playstation 3. What a stupid mistake that was. Playstation has built in wifi, built in power brick and blueray player. I think we are going to sell the Xbox and get one. A blueray player is $399, a playstation 3 is $399. Who buys just the bluray player? I also hear dthe playstation was silent compared with the really load xbox.
Now the room is covered in visually animated surface areas. This is the view from my computer station.
So the TV has already caused major drama as (e:matthew) wanted to watch a movie and our roommate was watching the new TV and has a cold in our den - which sent (e:matthew) over the edge because he wantedt o play with his new toy and me over the edge because you know how I am about sick people in my spaces. Well at least some of you do.
Most of all, I hate it when (e:matthew) is angry, it makes me angry. Eventually, the doorbell rang and I didn't want to get it because I thought it was the beginning of a full evening of interpersonal drama that would have made him angrier.
(e:matthew) said don't answer it, roomie answered it. Roommate yells he doesn't want to hear the doorbell ring, I yelled then move out. Then he answers the door, (e:matthew) goes ballistic - roommate gets 30 day notice. At now maybe we can just live in peace. I feel bad in a way because he was not a bad roommate but we just don't want one anymore. I am over the whole feeling guilty with too much space thing and I want to take over that bathroom again. It will be so nice to have two showers again and an extra bathroom for guests. Like this morning (e:matthew) and I had to be at work at the same time.
So I am done teaching the PHP class for the week. I think it went pretty awesome. I hope that the people in the class enjoyed it as well.
I really wanted a projector more than a TV. I guess TV first projector later. Projectors rocks. Imagine projecting outside for fun. Are their laws against it. You could have guerilla projecting campaigns.
Okay, food - does anyone else like Boston Market. I love it but I really kind of hate all the plastic so we barely ever go there.
I bought more of those yummy gummi bears (e:paul,43051)

Globat.com is a ripoff - beware
You suck. Your hosting company sucks. Stop pretending that people like the woman on the front of your website really work their in your customer service dept when it is really all non-native english speakers.
You basically have fucked my stuff up so many times. I hope your company goes out of business.
It makes me so angry that you pretended to put me in collections and then offered to get my account out of fake collections with the promise I pay now and get my files. Then you go ahead and delete my files. Th e only reason I was in collections for so much is because you autorenewed me for a service I never even signed up for.
You guys have no idea how much trouble I have had with them (e:paul,32201)
I spent hundred of hours on the phone with what I thought was india but now I am thinking is stupid eskimos when I used to host estrip at globat. I hate you globat, I hope your data center blows up and all your customers sue you.
That is exactly what happend to me
Don't get Globat just because they offer low price. You will find fees start adding up and ends up costing more than other hosting service. Read the fine line!!!! Don't get screwed by these guys. For example you have to follow their cancellation policy or you end up paying $286.00 panalty and collection fees.http://www.webhostingjury.com/reviews/Globat
