First Lunch - Fried Dandelion Patties

(e:robert) and I made fried dandelion pattys for lunch. I couldn't remember how my mom made them so I made up my own recipe and it worked pretty good.

1. boil some chopped dandelion leaves in water. I drained out the bitter water and discarded but my grandparents used to keep it in the fridge and drink like iced tea.

2. cracked some eggs and blended em up with a fork.

3. took some chickpea flour and mixed with salt, pepper and some paprika.

4. dipped a handful of the dandelions in egg and then in flour. gently moved around but not enough to get doughy.

5. fried in peanut oil in flat frying pan.

6. after flipping and golden brownness, sprinkled with some shredded parmesaen.

7. optionally - (e:robert) added some siracha hot sauce on top.

Colorful Meal For Sick Paul

I've had a cold for a few days so I am trying to eat good.

This meal is so delicious: zucchini, potatoes and onions cooked in wine, strawberries, blackberries, uncured, organic smoked bacon, a chicken thigh and leg, brussel sprouts fried in peanut and sesame oil and grapefruit.

Bidet/Toilet Combo

While at a plumbing show room today looking for bathroom stuff we saw this highly automated toilet/bidet combo. I find the combination to be so disgusting. I never want something that I shit into to also have a warm, shootback option.

I love the eggs natascha which consists of eggs benedict on top of slices of salmon.

Weekend Trip To Toronto

We came up to see Andy C at the Guvernment but have been traveling around as there is no parking by the hotel due to some game. I am starting to get a cold. I hope it can hold out till at least tommorow.
