More Pics of San Francisco
How did graffitti get in the electric or phone box or whatever this is.
Here is the city view from twin peaks.
This is where (e:twisted) often visits estrip.
This flower in the park smelled so sweet. I want to know what it is.
A pretty twisted branch.
Another pic of flowers at golden gate park. The viewfinder in my camera makes purple look blue so I thought it was not taking pictures of purple/pink things properly but it is. Just that they show up blue in the viewfinder.
(e:matthew) taking pictures
This pine cone was so large and heavy. It is hard to tell in the pic.
This tree trunk over water was almost the death of me. I ran across it and then got scared and sat down as it was high up over water. Then I had to shimmy the rest of the way.
When we got to the beach we ate yummy food.
A cubby hole in the woods. I thought (e:terry) would like it.
Next to Buena Vista Park is this house that resembles ours accept for theirs is smaller but has a grander entrance.

Touring Around San Francisco
Okay, this one was before the trip. I finally cut off my hair. I feel free. There was a video of the process but unlike the old days of the smaller audience I think it is no longer appropriate.
there was this magazine on the plane with furniture in Nice, France that make syour whole house into a rock garden. I want it so bad.
(e:matthew) really did not like flying. The two hours of severe turbulence didn't help. I was liek the plane was going to rip apart. My neck hurt from the stress of thinking I was gonna die plus the jarring motion of it whipping around. We didn't even have service or sound for like 2 hours.
People bring their dogs and cats on planes in their backpacks nowadays. As an alergy sufferere this makes me mad.
I thought Dave Doyle would like this. I know he likes messed up signs.
This one too.
On Saturday (e:hodown) arrived
Here is the goldengate bridge
These boat houses cost more than double the cost of the mansion.
Alcatraz from telegraph hill.
Yummy Seafood
Lots of no dumping signs with junk in the grates.
At the conference today I was scared that an earthquake would crash down the part I was in.
A delorian maybe?
I love Aroma Tea Shop at 302 6th avenue
(e:hodown) already opened up a restaurant here.
Lombard street is twisty
Do you think the workers really get the $1 surcharge per plate? No where else had one.
From North of the bridge
This is the Palace of Fine Arts. I felt at home being a master of fine arts.
(e:twisted) had lots of yummy snacks for us.
this pic of (e:matthew) is for (e:terry)

Web Design World
It's nice to find out most of the choices (e:enknot) and I have made are also backed by other industry professionals.
The food was tasty. I even got my own personal size chocolate cake. Somehow a pigeon got into the conference. I fed it some cookies.
These dolls are so damn freaky.

ruby on rails
Woman1: this is crazy. It used to be an event that promoted microsoft. Didn't he see how many peole raised their hand for .net
woman2: well, I am going to try ruby if it's the future.
woman1: I don' think microsoft will support it. All our servers are microsoft, and it's too expensive to switch.

So I made it
They just asked developers what they are using. Hands went up and percentages you would expect for microsoft's .net, php,and java technology. What surprised me that only like two people raised their hands for rails. I was totally surprised.
Did you guys know tthat less than 5% of people publish more than once a week on their blogs?

Windows, first day of spring
I love my window
I love how it so seamlessly integrates with my menagerie of exotic electronics. Unfortunately, I lost my fullsize bluetooth keyboard. I have no idea how that is even possible.
Tonight was the BETA awards at the Buffalo convention center. The video presentation at the event was inane. They try and make it funny by making fun of buffalo but the story lines were so silly. I would rather see videos about new technology from and in buffalo than wonder, "what if the anchor bar founded buffalo scrotum snacks instead of wings." I swear that was a real video.
My boss' boss won the best executive award! During diner, she also told me that she "licensed" surebert to Algonquin Studios I wonder if I will get some sort of something out of it for the years of work I put into it?
At least the food was great.
I saw Jamie Oneill from Canisus, it was nice to see him. I am so over that part of my life now. Thank god everything changed. I think I might have ended up a big loser.
Ironically, Canisius actually had the nerve to write and ask me for money today.
So the part everyone cares about - the pics in no special order as the cam was missing for so long.
The yummy bento box at kunis on lexington.
A nice house on summer
There are just no windows near the washington market.
No open windows.
Are windows not allowed behind washington market.
They don't like windows
I wonder why Wegman's moved the blood pressure machine behind bars at night. Were people abusing it?
One of these things is not like the other.
I like this door on summer.
The rest of the pic from the door.
I want to buy this house next. Maybe if I cash in the other two?
This house looks so misplaced but it's cute.
Yummy udon noodles

Not PC for PC's Sake
I doubt this will make it through the email filter. I am sorry about all the inappropriate words in this email but we are trying to create an inappropriate word list.
We cannot find a list of obvious words turns out in the forums we only block "shit" and "fuck". Del suggested the words which used to be banned from broadcast television.
Shit, Piss, Fuck, Cunt, Cocksucker, Motherfucker and Tits.
I have a feeling there are many more words that are going to be inappropriate for this site as it is sponsored by a corporation and aimed at kids but I am uncomfortable being in charge of producing the list.
We probably will want to block not just swear words but also harassing terms like slut, fag and nigger, etc. Perhaps once it is complete it should become a policy. Please forward me a list of other words we want blocked out when you can get to it.
Also how to you want them blocked out. Replaced as stars? Or do you want them replaced on a word/phrase specific basis. E.g. "holy shit" becomes "holy cow" and "fuck" becomes "darn", etc as "holy ****" might as well just say "holy shit." If we want them replaced as specific terms then I need the replacement terms in the list.
