Enchanted
Enchanted was really good! Like super good! Me and (e:jill) went the other night and I loved it! I think she liked it a lot too! Like it was kinda just like one of those old disney cartoons but like newish and fresh! The girl playing the princess was relaly good and the little girl was so cute! Everyone was really good in it! I can't get the songs out of my head and just keep watching scenes from it online. Yes, yes maybe I am really a 12 year old girl. You know why I am writing this right now:? Because I should be studying for my lab final tomorow!
I especially loved the part where she is singing "how does she know" in central park and eveyrone joined in. So classic disney and so great!
Here is the trailer for anyone who doesn't know what movie i am talking about.
(e:mk) and I took our cousins to see it and we had to convince them to see that instead of Bee Movie. It was so funny, I loved it, I felt like 9 again, haha. I would totally see it again if someone asked me to.

Now I have two big thumb-uppers - one from you (and I think our tastes in movies match a **lot**). I just HAVE to see this and get enchanted now! :)

Oh the Things You'll Find
Oh the things I will decide NEED to be done right now when it is less than 24 hours before an exam in a class I know virtually nothing about and am doing poorly in and need to do well in to have any kind of future:
so far today....
1. cleaned up my shelf where I place things until I get to something I am really avoiding (like studying today) and then go through all the papers and recycle and file as necessary
2. count all the dimes in my globe bank (it is up to like over 700)
3. refold and organize all the clothes that are in my room not in drawers
4. re-read all my random cards I have bought over time to send to people to decide which ones to start sending out...IN FEBRUARY
5. plan on going to see Enchanted possible with (e:jill) after class
6. taking a snack brake every 10-15 minutes...thank god for girl scout cookies and asiago cheese (no not together , well ere and there i suppose they mix in my mouth)
7. go to the post office and wait in a somewhat long line in order to ask about what to fill out to send things internationally. I'm sure it could have been quicker online but it just seemed like I needed to go there and talk to someone.
8. go over all my bank statements and balance my check book
9. organize the christmas gifts I have bought thus far
10. the USA Today Crossword Puzzle followed by the other puzzles in USA today followed by reading USA Today
12. Watching Days of our LIves in the first time in what seems like forever
and of course...
13. writing this journal about procrastinating. OK well back to the grind of studying well......maybe a quick check of facebook/gmail/myspace/soap opera digest website ....but then back to studying
Sometimes I forget how much I love the Spice Girls and all it takes to remind me of the greatness is one little magical phrase "spice up your life". Hearing them always puts me in a better mood, they were musical geniuses!
Look at those gals, truly amazing in all their tacky glory!

I can't remember if it was Scary Spice or Sporty Spice I used to like or maybe it was all of them. Does anyone think that the Fanta Girls are Better or worse then the spice girls? Oh yeah they are hot to.

Have to admit, they were catchy and totally Christmassy, actually. And that's why I like listening to them but not as much as real Christmas songs. Nopes, nothing comes as close to swinging the spirit toward the North Star than Christmas songs!!

I love playing 'count the camel-toe' with this picture.
So me and (e:jill) and (e:diana) went to see August Rush last night. Like I kinda wanted to see it but we had no paper and so just went to the theater and that was the only movie playing at the right time for when we were there that we all kinda wanted to see. Anywho the people next to us in line warned us not to see it but we did anyway. Ok so the beginning was really quite boring but then it got like pretty good , though at times the whole like music is in every sound we hear got super plyaed out and repetivie but there were some really good parts but like anwya any movie like this which if you don't know is about a kid whose mom was forced to give him up kinda and he thinks he will find his paretns through music and so he escapes the orgphange and etc. His parents also only met for one night and then were separated and are tyring to find each other. Anywho, the whole point in movies like tihs is for the big finalle payoff where the lovers find each other and kiss and are reunited and then tey see their kid right? THIS WAS THE BIGGEST LET DOWN EVER! LIke i was all set to be emotionally moved and we were all ready for the tears to start flowing but then it just kinda ends. LIke it is a happy ending of course and the stuff happens but in such an unexciting , unemotional stupid way> It actually left me angry! Like Really angry! Like we all were. Like they just forgot the end of the movie or something! It was ridiculous angry makingful!
But one scene that made it all worth it was withthe kid and jonathan rhy meyers who is the dad and they play guitar together , it was prolly the cutest thing I have ever seen in my entire life, and i have seen some cute things in my life.

I will consider myself warned. I was thinking that I might like that movie - from that chorus gospel like song in the trailers. But now that I know that its a lukewarm ending my enthusiasm has taken a turn for the worse. Maybe I will be angry too seeing as we seem to share a taste in movies...
BTW, please say hi to (e:jill) for me and give her a huge smile - again on my behalf. I have to thank her for the super sour liquid apple drowsiness fighting candy idea. It will save my academic life someday. Its already working!!
Well first of all it was super dead at work and it was glorious but MORE TO THE POINT! I love it because today being the day before Thanksgiving and this being Buffalo, TONIGHT IS LIKE THE BIGGEST PARTY NIGHT OF THE YEAR! I love it cuz so many people are home and out. Like you just can run into so many people , it is really fun. I really want to go to chippewa I tihnk cuz it gets so crazy busy and fun but like none of my friends want to go there so I don't know, But it really it is the center of the party! We'll see. Hopefully I will see lots of people. Too bad the weather is not cooperating, maybe it iddn't get the memo that tonight is so importnat. The weather causes some hinderance to the hop around from place to place fun...have fun everyone!

Just so everyone knows I saw a bunch of Limos last night there was this Giant long black one, but no one invited me in, not that anyone would be crazy enough to ask someone they don't know to climb in.

yeah, i'm in RI, and buffalo friends who don't realize I'm gone keep calling and asking me to go out... and when I say I'm not in town, they ask if I'm going out... but here, it's totally not a going out night. It's a "stay in and see your family" night. Which is so different... I'm writing this from a laptop in bed. At 11.
So I actually have gotten a little christmas shopping done. Like I didn't plan it , I was really mostly shopping for myself was my plan but I bought a few things and got some ideas. Though a couple I am not really sure about. I don't relaly like getting people gift certificates or tihngs they specifically asked for. I know that is what people like but I like to find tings they may not have thought of getting themselves but I feel like they would like. The tihng is that can go terribly wrong. So we'll see. I figure they can always return it! I love buying things in big boxes cuz it just feels like you accomplished something. Like carrying around a huge bag just feels like you got something accomplished in your shopping expedition even if that one thing relaly is ntohing in comparison to like 10 smaller things you could have got. I don't know why. I guess I am a total sucker for retail....

I have trouble buying anything. I often spend long minutes convincing myself the sheer worthlessness of whatever I have in my shopping cart. Just as I am leaving the shop, I run back to the parent aisle and put it back. Then I come out and see all these people who have, as you put it, "accomplished something". Yeah, you have suckers like me envying you. The bigger the bag, the more intense is my envy. LOL
But you know, even if did manage to buy something, I refuse plastic bags and cram it in my backpack. Alas, I don't think I have ever had the satisfaction of inciting shopping-bag-envy!
So not one but TWO radio stations are started playing 24 hour Christmas....i mean holiday music yesterday (though I have yet to hear a kwanzaa or chanukah song on them?) anywho...while I don't love that the stores are all christmas decorated already I do love the radio stations playing christmas music! I SERIOUSLY LOVE IT TO DEATH! I am a freako that loves my christmas music. But actually lots of people must. Last year there was an article about how so many radio stations playing chrismtas (oops holiday) music so early that people must not be listening but in fact all data shows ratings go up for stations that play 24 hour holiday music! I seriously love it! Especially the power ballady christmas songs like Oh Holy Night and what not! That is one of my favoritos. I also love Mamacita, donde esta santa clause? But you guys proly never heard that one because I believe it was an exclusive Eckerd radio selectio ntha tme and some of my coworkers fell in love with last year. !! YEAH!!!!!!!
Having grown up in a family of florists, and now working in a church, I do not like Christmas. Christmas is stress, and commercial, and annoying, until Christmas eve. Than it is AWESOME.

OWhich radio sations are these??? I love Christmas Songs too. I take it a step further and listen to them all through the year. Hee Hee.
And I now simly have to listen to Mamacita, donde esta santa clause - was it like a Tierra Santa parody or something?
OMG I lost my freakin glasses. I took them off in lab to put on my goggles and put them on my jacket so I COULD NOT FORGET THEM! AND I FORGOT THEM! WHICH also means I prolly flung them somewhere when I put on my jacket on which they were lying. I went back to the lab but they weren't anywehre and I left my name in case anyone finds them but we seriosuly searched everywhere I doubt they are there! THIS SUCKS MAJOR! they are so frekain expensive and now my ins prollywon't pay for them cuz I just got them in august.

I am so sorry! I hate losing stuff I really like. Sometimes I think we ought to have tracking microchips for our most favourite things so we can track their location via satellite. And for keys, I have misplaced keys more times than I can count. If I had all those minutes I have spent looking for keys, I would have an extra year in my life.

Mike don't ignore the current survey on (e:strip). Where's your list?!
Due to the writer's strike Jay Leno and David Letterman are in repeats. Jay Leno had a show from 2004 on yesterday with Britney Spears. OMG how crazy to look at her then and now. She was young and single and just having fun. The crowd was ecstatic about her, like wouldn't stop cheering for liek 10 minutes. She was a guest and a perfromer and Jay kept talking about this like beautiful talented person she was. What a difference a few short years make. It was crazy they talked about th etabloid and she was like yeah they make up some crazy stuff and it was all jokey and haha but if only she knew where her life was heading. I don't tink tey even made stuff up as crazy as she became. It was kinda sad really....
