Bikeride Continued

So it was around 20 miles total for lunch. The red part is a side trip casey and I took to get a new cable modem for him. Chicago street does go through so I had to ride under the bridge and over the tracks to hop over a 7 ft fence to exchange the the modem.

Bike Trip Across Town

We made a crazy trip around the city from my house through the park to parkside across to the eastside, down Bailey to Williamsville then to University Heights back down to main to hertel. Then I ate octopus at kostas. Afterwards we headed down into the cemetary and got stuck for a bit till we decided to throw our bikes over and hop the fence. Then down Linwood back to the house.

Breakfast at Cecilias

We tried to eat brunch at Left Bank at noon but their first availabke table was at 2 and we had a lot more chores to do.

I called Bettys and asked if they had a table for three available and the lafy on thr phone said, "we might if you came in and out your name on the list." So we skipped that for today and maybe forever.

So we just rode our bikes down Elmwood and ended up at Cecilias. I never ate inside before but outside was just for cocktails. The food was quite yummy. I had the lobster and crab cake benedict and a bloody mary. I would definately go back.

Bathroom Deconstruction Continued

Its amazing how much I got done in 9 hours yesterday. (e:robert) helped a bunch beofe he had to go to work. After he left I went into psycho mode and pretty much finished the room except the ceiling and floor. Smashing the bathtub apart in order to throw it out the window was a herculean feat. I was so exhausted after sledge hammering it into peices that lifting the parts to throw them out the window into the dumpster almost broke me. It was amazing how much space is between the floors. I still havent found the ceiling and I got about a foot down.

Now that sp much is gone I am much more confident that it can be completed.

Stages of Haircut

I started by accident without the safety so I didn't have a lot of options.

I forgot I had lips, lol. The bruises on my face are from the safety gear I use for working on the the bathroom. My nose never fits.
