This Isn't Your Nonnas Garlic

This isn't some cheap $2.99 Italian garlic. No this is White garlic. Not just white garlic but White German garlic. You know because the Germans are so into garlic. Because of its exceeding rarity it's also like $9.99/lb at the coop. Sometimes I feel like they have some bougie thesaurus for marketing.

Botanical Gardens

We are now some new level of membership for 3 adults. The Orchard show was amazing but only a few orchids had a scent. The ones that smell like cabage patch face make me crazy.

Burst Pipes

Some ice got into the basement in that super freezing storm last weekend and we came home on last Saturday to burst pipes. Water all over the floor and raining down from the ceiling. Thank god for the power vac water pump.

Then we spent all of Sunday cutting out and resoldering in new copper pipes. At least I had a lot of practice building the unicorn bike for (e:mike).

I hate winter so much right now.

Amethyst Ring

This amethyst and silver ring from Turkey will go with my purple blazer and purple pants. Now I just need a purple top hat. Lol.

I maintain that it is magical. We will experiment with that at camp.

Saigon Bangkok On Elmwood and Utica

We went there for lunch and the food was so good. I had the yellow curry with shrimp and (e:Joe) had some amazing grilled tofu and veggie fish. I think I would get that next time. Yes. even over the delicious shrimp.. It was that good.

Mardis Gras 2015

I can't believe my brother missed it. It was a great night sponsored by 19 Crimes wine. The show was pretty crazy as was the rest of the night. We tried to come home and make bean dip but ended up going right to bed.
