Work Really Sucks lately
2. It isn't really fair since others don't get to give there side
3. You can't give away secerts but I never do
4. Who knows who is searching for you on line and what they might find about you and your work
I have to blog about this to get it out there and off of me a little bit. I last talked to someone about work when we where catching up but I don't want to put up any pictures from that event as this would taint that. I have been debating this for a few days as work as been driving me crazy, I was going to post this but didn't really have the time on Thurs.
Why Blogging about it should be fine
1. No one knows from my blog where I work
2. No one knows the company
3. No one knows any of the people
4. I don't mention the compnay
5. I don't mention any names
6. It is stated that it is my view and only my view
7. I don't mention any one of my boses by name
8. I don't use any other ways so that anyone would know who I was talking about
9. This isn't about making anyone look bad, you need names or pictures or something along those lines.
Any where you work at some point there will be some personal conflicts, that is a fact. It used to be when I was a kid, if two people had a problem with each other they went out to the Flag Pole or some other specific area and fought each other. Well that isn't allowed anymore and it is to bad. I'm not saying fighting all ways worked. Cause the next phase is some punks can't handle losing and go get a weapon, but the old way is how when both people are willing one way to sort out the issue.
This last week of work has been so streesfull: Here is the history again from my view of what happened.
Person A: Is Lazy, Is and Ass Hole (and not the good kind) and causes all kinds of problems (AKA a Harraser and trouble maker). I will admit that I don't know all the trouble this person has started 1st hand. I also don't know if this person started anything recently. What I can tell you this there is like only one person who doesn't hate this person, well that might be a strecth I should say at times. Again Person A often has said they don't get why no one likes them and why no one wants to work with them when they do nothing wrong. See if you think you do nothing wrong that is the first problem, if you can't look at your self that is a problem. This Person has on purpose avoided work , Not sure if they are lazy or causing trouble or cause they are selfish. Granted sometimes people havent helped person A when they could but would you if when you came over they started trouble and then just fucked off more?
Person B: Has had problems with person A. From my memory it was started a long time ago by person A but not really sure. In any event Person B went to the boss like they should and it stoped. That doesn't mean they liked each other. At some point something Happened or susposidly Happened to Person A. I assume that A blamed Person B and then went to the boss. Off course no one really knows if or what really happened. Remember this is a trouble maker who no one likes. So the boss (if my understanding is correct) lets everyone know that is not exceptable.
So Last week Person A thinks what has been stoped happens again. Doesn't talk to the boss, and decides to be a little rat and goes to Human Resources. This person nor the boss is around for a couple days that is odd, so it is obvisous something is up.
Person B was Fired my boss was fired, for doing nothing wrong. It doesn't make any sense. So now on top of being 3 people down (boss does some work with us when they can) so work was a bit crazy. I almost quit and maybe should have. The thing is though that I work for the company and am there to do work. Who is there or who isn't there isn't my concern. If we don't do our work the company could fall apart so we have to do what we are supposed to do and not worry about the political stuff. If we had a bad boss no big deal but he was a great boss who treated everyone fairly. There is no reason to lose a job cause one person couldn't get along with one bad worker, who causes trouble.
Back in my wilson farm days we had this Manager who didn't make it up the ranks. In other words he went to school and book learned. He was a really nice guy. He would say well the book says to do it this way. Some one else would explain that this store is a different and here is why. So for him learning the difference between what the book says and what really works was interesting to see. The point I'm getting to is that I think at most places you work, there are things you do that aren't what the book says. They don't hurt anyone. They are what is best for Business. But if someone who only knows things by that book would look down on them. My guess is that there was maybe something like that going on here and that is why my boss is no more. The reason I say this that Person A nothing has been said about what happened to them.
I have no idea why anyone really lost their job. But what I do know is that them losing them is Bullshit. What you can't be a Man (this is not gender specific just the term like in mankind) and face people and try to work things out, because of that two people lost their jobs. I could understand if there was a clear cut case of two people not getting along then get rid of them both, but not the boss. This has left everyone's head spinning and a bit confussed.
But that is in the past or is it? I'm still stressed out and am going to try and enjoy (even though kinda broke) The Elmwood Festival of the arts. But it is tough when I don't know how much longer I'm going to have a job. Why do I say that [if anyone is reading this, hopefully not my new boss, but you see I didn't mention any names or anything and I never would because unlike person A the company and my work comes first not my selfish lazy ass, Fuck you you fucking piece of shit I hope you die (not realy die you know the saying)] well I just have this feeling. My feeling is that person A will somehow come back to work at some time. I hope I'm wrong. Knowing how this person is I could see them saying something smug and there could be an expolsion.
AGain I'm loyal to the company and am there to work. As long as you don't bother me or try to fuck anyone over I wont say a thing to you, and things might and I hope will be fine, but I just have a bad feeling. All this could have been avoided if someone would have just punched someone in the face a long time ago.
On a positive note hopefully this will be a great weekend and that will lead into a next good week, and all this crap will be behind me. Then Next weekend is Chicken wing Festival then the 11th is MIA. Tonight I may go to Gueralla Gallery and see Sean Madden's art I have a shirt of his on now.....

Maid of the mist Trip 2010
Well time to get on the boat
Right Now it is kinda tough to know how much to upload, they kinda look the same small but wonder if they will look like that in this post?
This is pretty close to where I got off the boat. Once you get off the boat there is other stuff to see to your right. It isn't the cave of the winds or what ever those other steps are that they take out and put back in each year but there are steps you can climb and it was pretty fun, I think that will be my next post...........

Pictures from The Fair #1
I'm not sure for How long I've been going to the fair. Most years I've gone I go to see a performance like say Carrot Top,or The monster trucks yes one year Grave Digger was there that was pretty awesome. Last Year with (e:vincent), (e:tinypliny) and (e:theecarey) was a lot of fun. This year the 1st trip was with the sis and the niece. Then I went to go see the ultimate night of Disruction, well here are some pictures from the The Fair:
What is nice about the fair is that you have all the animal stuff. But if that isn't your thing there are the games. Well if you think the only people that can win them are the people who work at them or the people they give the big prize to so that it looks like people win them (not sure if they still practice this but some places used to), then you have rides. If that isn't your thing they all different shows. Some stages have multiple acts on them. Then if you just want to eat there are all sorts of places. Then they have displays and things in buildings. They also have all kinds of things you can buy and cooking shows. Not sure how and when it is but there is livestock stuff and where they grade animals. Yes some of the stuff you would have to look into but there is a great variety of things to do and see............
To Be Honest I'm sick of Uploading photos (all my photos aren't downloaded yet my battery died) So I'm guessing that means people are sick of looking at them....
1. Yes those are what I believe they call place settings, I love the starwars one and thought the Coke one was really cool
2. That train set up is pretty cool.......
Not sure what the next set of things to go up is thinking maybe the falls and then come back to more fair stuff not sure really.
One thing that I forgot to mention about the fair is they are all over the country and everyone should go, but if you don't like things or have a negative idea of the fair then look up the CNE (Candian National Expostion) also known as the X but spelled EX. I haven't been in a long time (no papers anyways) but go check that out, it used to be pretty cool. Way be fore (e:strip) I saw a stunt show where cars drove on their sides it was pretty cool. I know I could have put this under photos but Fairs are a summer thing no mater where you go...... I just wish On day 1 I ate more and had something deep fried, can Vegatariens have fried foods? Just wondering since the fat is sometimes from meat......

The Peterazzi has been Busy, um wow,and has a lot of work to do argh..........
So Wendsay day there was a bisons game to attand. Yeah it was a good time. Bisons won, food was good, weather was good. Of course The Peterazzi was out in full effect getting pictures of people on base and the players and runs..........
Thursday was a nice day off for The Peterazzi. But it wasn't really a day off from shoting. The fair with the niece and Sis was a good time, but of course there where Pictures of the neice to be had. Then all kinds of animals and crafts (stars wars and others). Then there where some shows so it was a big picture day. Then later that same night there where on top of pictures from the shows earlier there was Ultimate Night of distruction pictures to take. Those where not easy shots as much of the action was not on that part of the track but it was fun none the less.
Friday The Peterazzi went to Niagara Falls USA. Yes The Maid OF The Mist Photos where a lot of fun to be Taken by The Peterazzi. Some of them with all the water was like just point and see how they come out. That water was intense. Then other photos of the boat and from the boat where able to just take ones time and take. Then after the ride the Peterazzi got to see many other Pictrue Takers as he clibed the steps built into the rock up closer to the falls. Again lets not forget that The Peterazzi had a good time. That was followed by a trip to The Hardrock Cafe and more photos and great food.
So Saturday there was even more work for the Peterazzi. A return trip to the Fair. There was a great dog show, Deep Fried foods, A great tiger and lion show. Watching the Show Horses and Photos was interesting. Those ladies (not all but most) sure are pretty and so are the horses. It was pretty interesting. Then there where other Photos of the fair to be taken like that Organ type ride thing.
Now the Peterazzi still isn't done. He has a few pictures to take at a brunch today. He is also hoping that others besides him self are able to attend. Taking pictures and talking is sometimes tough to ballance. Besides that would make for better pictures anyways......
The Peterazzi isn't even sure how to get all the photos devolped and then they also need to be downloaded. Not to mention uploaded here and to a couple other sites. Oh yeah and then there is the paying for them also. So The Peterazzi has some thinking to do....... The Point is Being The Peterazzi isn't all fun and games, ARGh :)

weekend so Far Has been Great
Thursday got to sleep in some. Went to the fair with my Sis and my niece. That was fun but a little intense at times. Later that night it was the ultimate night of destruction. Figure 8 racing bus and mini bus demolition and some monster truck freestyle. It is just to bad it was the same night as (e:ladycroft)'s dinner. The other down side is even though I had what I thought where decent tickets a lot of the action was hard to see. There where a couple fair things I missed so I think I'm leaving early sat to go and have fun again.
Today went and got my check from work and took care of some bills. Then treked out to the Falls for The Maid of the Mist and the HardRock Cafe (US side , don't have a passport or the legal equivalent of that). That was a good time. I got lucky and was early in line so picked a place up front, man some of that mist is intense, I tried to take pictures as I enjoyed it. The weird part was taking the 40 it has been some time since I've done that (used to take it 2 times a day for work), so that brought up some memories. All in all so far a great weekend. So to some up........
So far I have had a good weekend hope everyone has a great rest of their weekend........

Being a Renaissance Man is tough
A polymath (Greek πολυμαθής, polymathēs, "having learned much") is a person whose expertise spans a significant number of different subject areas. In less formal terms, a polymath (or polymathic person) may simply be someone who is very knowledgeable. Most ancient scientists were polymaths by today's standards.
The terms Renaissance man and, less commonly, Homo Universalis (Latin for "universal man" or "man of the world") are related and used to describe a person who is well educated or who excels in a wide variety of subjects or fields. The idea developed in Renaissance Italy from the notion expressed by one of its most accomplished representatives, Leon Battista Alberti (1404–1472): that "a man can do all things if he will." It embodied the basic tenets of Renaissance humanism, which considered humans empowered, limitless in their capacities for development, and led to the notion that people should embrace all knowledge and develop their capacities as fully as possible. Thus the gifted people of the Renaissance sought to develop skills in all areas of knowledge, in physical development, in social accomplishments, and in the arts.
Yes Wikipedia says more then that but that is Just a start. To me what being a Renassance Man means is that you have many interests of varring things. I'm sure the term means different things to different people. I'm not what most people would consider that. One would have to Be a prowrestler, and paint (Jeff Hardy, Jerry Lawler, Mick Foley). Or maybe they would have to work a normal job and do art stuff. But that isn't how I define the term (or at least for this blog). I'm using the defination of interests so I do fit the term Renaissance Man. Now I'm not saying that I'm the only one, just that sometimes it can be tough to have different things one likes......
Yesterday there was an Art show at 464 and Blink Gallery. My original plan was to go there and eat and hang out and then watch what ever the stuff out side they where having.
The thing with is art is for some people they can tell you what they like and that is it. I don't think it is that simple. You see something and either you like it or you don't. I don't about what a piece means, or is it a reflection of something? Yes some art has a message (music for example) but that is up for interperation so you draw your own meaning from it anyways. In terms of the stuff I like based on what is on my walls: Dragons, Tigers, Wrestling, Movies, Sabres and other sports stuff, Underwater scenes, and then I have some dark or edgy stuff also. Does price factor into what you get ? Of Course it does. But you won't buy something you don't like because it is cheap. If you like something you will buy it, for what ever reason you like it.
However my many interests kinda got in the way of that. In the back of my mind i Knew the NFL started this weekend. I want to thank Mike for reminding me of that through a post. So then the question is so how do I try and follow both interests. I changed my plan and went to look at art. I saw stuff I liked and bought it and enjoyed that. I also incorporated another interest of mine, taking pictures. So I missed some of what I wanted to do, and I missed some of the induction stuff also. I had to see the induction cause my Favorite player Jerry Rice was going in.
1. Great speach
2. Best Reciever ever
3 Great worker
4. If everyone in the NFL acted like him it would be so much better for the league.
A. This brings up something I have a problem with. Football has allways been about the product on the field. Unless you are at a NFL/Football event what you do out side of the game shouldn't effect your Job. I don't count drugs to make you a better player that is different. If something is criminal that is for the law to take care off. If you get a DWI should your job beable to fire you (assuming driving isn't your proffession). No it has nothing to do with your job. In some states (NY) it is illegal to be fired for something that happens out side of the Job.
B. I Get what The Commish is trying to do. He doesn't want the thugs in the league, or at least wants to make it look that way. See the NFL is so about PR, it really is and it is scary. The entire "Big Ben" thing is a Joke and here is why. You know who makes the Descission on if he can play and when, the Commish, that is right one guy. But this is the NFL we watch for the Football. At the same time the commish has to keep the league going and to much thuggery will at some point make people stop watching, just like taking out all the hits will do the same. Hey what Happened between him and that girl at a bar late at night (did she see $$ or was it legit, what about people being drunk) is between them, I just want him as MY QB to play well........
Yes there is a flip side to this as well though. It isn't fair to players like Jerry Rice, Joe Montana, and so many others who don't get into trouble out side of the game that trouble makers get to play with them. I do get that. I wish that when Buress went to a club and droped his gun that it was news, not that he was an NFL player so it is sports. To be fair somethimes it isn't the athlete it is people they know, or trouble that comes to them, but it still unfair that players that don't have problems get thrown into this same batch. So this is why I get what the commish is doing, ultimatly it can't be fair to everyone............
So Back to the Hall of Fame. It was great to See Rice Inducted. It was also great to see Emmit Smith inducted also. What A talent. Glad I wasn't playing a drinking game cause I'm sure there would have been a lot. People here may hate Dallas. But what a class act and what a great speach. For those that didn't see it was amazing, he was crying and having people who helped him stand up, it was amazing. I'm not saying it wasn't genuie but it was almost like a movie, ah it was great it really was. But as good as it was during some that I don't really know about I was hanging a piece of art I had bought earlier that night. There was still a part of me that wanted to be at 464 and Blink. There was a small part of me that wanted to get UFC But I didn't, didn't even know who was fighting, bet the fights where good though........
I have no idea if anyone is reading this but if they are I hope it isn't to all over the place. I think that I like many things Working Hard (can't belelive I said that), Music (a form of art), Taking Pictures, looking at cool buildings, art and buying it, watching sports, going to sports, Pro Wrestling, movies, Documentaries, Reality TV, Musicals (ok some not claiming to go to the Thearte weekly) and Plays (Wizzard of OZ), Dancing (watching not doing and none of the dance shows), and Sideshow freak show kids of things including some modeling. I think I have lots of interests hey I'm not saying I'm the only one, I'm just saying that it can be tough when you have lots of things you are into..... Sometimes the choices are tough. I could I have forgot Monster trucks or maybe that falls into sports I do find it odd that I can like that and wicked but maybe that is just me......
Today is another example of how my interests overlap and how it may be tough to decide what one to do. I think I'm going with the TNA Hardcore Justice PPV. I think I know like one match. There are wrestlers who I haven't seen wrestle in some time. I'm guessing it will be like an old ECW PPV before WWE bought them out. I bet the matches will be just like them and seem like I have seen this before, but I still think it will be worth it. But see I also like football, and I would love to make this my first NFL weekend. But see there in lies 2 more conflicts. The NFL means the end of summer and I'm not ready for that yet. I still haven't made it Niagara Falls to go on the maid of the mist, or to NYC. I was thinking about going by Train, I've heard it was a great way to go. I love NYC but have never been, crazzy...... Then the 2nd conflict is that I love to watch Trueblood on Sunday nights and have my entire lineup thing I do and that is fun.
So do I have a point? I don't know? I guess even though I wouldn't want to be simple I think sometimes that might be better. It would be great to be someone who Watches football and only football and has no choices to make, or someone who is into the arts and that is all they do. yes you would have sub choices in there but it isn't like do I do this thing or that thing. So being a Renaissance man is tough sometimes, but it is fun to..................................................

So somehow I published the last journal maybe by chatting I'm not sure so those pictures above where from Sunday. I'm going to add a few from Sat. We shall see how far I get. I don't want to do to many since I can't remember where I left off on sat's photos. This is a perfect example about how once I figure out what I want in a computer I need to get one, I think the tougher choice is what to do about internet
There sure was a pretty good rain that day
Not sure where I left off so that is my time!!!!!!!!!!!!
