AZ shows how this country is backwards
1. It turns cops into Border Patrol. Hey they have enough to deal with , they don't need to also be boarder agents.
2. This law was aimed at mexicans only really
3. It doesn't get that there are good people who work and follow laws and pay taxes but are not here legaly and that they are different then crimanls but yet these two groups would now be treated the same.
What drives me the craziest about this though is how like in so many things this country fights things backwards.
1. Deporting people who have family members who are here legaly isn't an answer
2. Building a great wall along the boarder would never work it is to long and americans don't work that hard anyways
But see those ideas are from the backwards view. If you don't want illegas coming here then give them no reason to. In other words work with mexico so it isn't a shit hole. Yes it has great beaches but the country is poorer then us. When US companies send jobs over there they pay them shit compaired to here but they are still often the best jobs over there. Untill you get Mexico good enough that people don't want to leave you will allways have an Imigration problem.

Wishing I was the Happy Hour #4
Now I'm not saying that I would want to Drink Everyday. I would think drinking for 2 hours everyday could do some damage. Then you would get used to it. I think there might be days where if you had they day off you would have to go to Happy Hour, since you are now addicted to it. I don't only mean the alcohol but that is a big part of it. I mean the social aspect of it. At the very least it would feel weird not being there. Don't get me wrong I like who I am. But I think there would be something nice about being "Mr Sociable ". I think the social aspect is the big reason why Happy Hour is a big deal, it isn't really about the relaxing it is about doing something after work but before you need to be home. But I don't do the Happy Hour so maybe I don't get it, but it would be nice to get.

Wish #3 Loving the cold
There was a time when I really enjoyed the cold. Don't get me wrong I do like snow but that is a different thing. I wish I enjoyed the cold because there are so many things you can do out in it. You have snowmobiling , skiing , snowboarding, Giant Snow Ball fights and all kinds of great adventures. That being said even if you love the cold you have to know how to do it safely and when you have been out to long. Granted I could never be the next lindsey Vonn, Shaun White, or Tucker Hibert but those sports all look pretty fun. I think it would also be fun to travel places and go on skiing vacations and things like that.
Well that is really all I have to say about that, oh yeah and it would also be great to be able to take pictures out in like wintery wonderland kinds of shots.

"The Lifestyle" wish
On Friday they are having a Fetish Show at Club Diablo. I think this one is just demonstrations and no skits or little shows, but not sure not sure if they will have someone spinning also or not. Fetish might be the wrong term it Might Be Considered BDSM. I want to go but don't think I'm going to. Between getting in, drinking, then taking pictures I really don't have the extra money. Plus the other thing is after a long week of work I'm often pretty tired on Friday. I would love to go and meet someone and go back to their place and be hung upside down by my balls as they use me as a swing, HA. But you know what I mean.
I am an admirer of the life style but wish I was In The lifestyle.
I just don't have enough trust to be tied up or pulled on.
I also have a low pain threshold.
I find a lot of things to be gross.
I don't think I could deal with small space stuff (Bags, and gas masks and that kind of thing)
Real Blood Freaks me out.
Some Might say it sounds like you don't like it, but that isn't really true. I love the idea of it and some of It I do like. I do admire people who partake in it. But I don't see anyway I could get into the lifestyle of it (Hey getting just a normal date or hookup is hard enough, imagine going up to some hot chick and going would you mind un ziping my pants and slipping this on me and dragging me around this bar).
I feel as if I haven't expressed what I want to express but not really sure what else to say..................

Wish #2 being a Dancer
I like to watch Dancing and different styles of it though. Maybe that is another reason why I don't do it. I see it as an art form and something to watch as opposed to something you do at like a club or a bar. This being said I don't watch the Dance shows. Here is the reason why. I don't think those shows are really about who has the best ability they are about what the judges like the most artistically .
I know it is weird to say that I would like to be one of those people that Hear a song in a store and Just start Dancing to it, but I just would never have that much spunk and energy. That being said it was funny at the Bandits game there was this player (Queener?) for Boston who was dancing in warm ups. It would be nice to be the type of person who Just dances in a club when they feel the music. But that just isn't me. Even when it is like a Jam Band in Thursday At The Square, The Mighty Mighty Boss Tones, or Even Jackdaw (who are awesome live by the way, I think they are still together). I just don't feel the music in that way. I'm not saying I want to go so far as going to a Place like Pure where none of the Girls are (HA) or a dance spot. But it would be nice if to be able to Dance to Soma's music or some other DJ spinning at Club Diablo or a Band at some bar............

Wish #1 Intro
Everyone is who they are. Everyone has parts of themselves that they like and don't like and and fine with. But then everyone also sees some thing in someone else that they wish they where. Of course if you had that quality it would change you and change how your life is. So in reality your life might not be any better, hey and it could be worse. I'm not a person who likes saying very often, but.... "The Grass Is Always Greener On The Other Side". May be true here.
The Other day I had some great ideas, but again no computer. There are many reasons to take a shower or bath. Many people would think a shower is a quick way to get clean, and a bath is relaxing and can take hours sometimes. Well I find A hot shower to be relaxing like some may find certain substances relaxing. What this does is takes your mind to another place, well not always but sometimes. Yeah the getting clean is nice and all. But letting the mind wonder is nice. What is amazing is how one thought can lead to another and that can lead to another and in your mind it is clear and connected and makes sense.
So that leads to Wish #1 :
I wish that I was one of those people who can take those thoughts that blend together in their mind and scribe them down so that they make perfect sense (to someone else), and yet at the same time they fit what the writer (ME) was thinking.
I admit my skills in English and no where near good enough to do this. But that taking those ideas and thoughts and transcribing them is much more then Just a skill of writing, it is something else but not sure what?

Lost My Faith?
Ok The Bandits. Haven't lost faith in them. Yes it is quivering a bit. They have played so well and then lost to teams they should have crushed. If they win Saturday night at home they make the playoffs and go to Toronto next weekend. I Know they can win both on Saturday and next weekend assuming the win the 1st one. I still have faith in them but part of that is from seeing what they have done in the Past.
I'm a big Bills fan and watch all the TV games. But I just don't think we have the people to make the Team a championship Level team. When I go back to the Superbowl Years those where some great teams. The Thing is back then was when the NFC was better then the AFC. I hold nothing against the Bills I think those teams where good enough to be Superbowl Champions but not just those years. But I was young back then so maybe I'm wrong.
I do wonder if Buffalo could Handle a Major Championship? If we won the cup would places close down from the riots? Now Buffalo has won Championships but most people don't consider them Major but that is a debate for a bit latter. Maybe it is Destiny for Buffalo not to win these Major Tittles? Or maybe it is just that Buffalo gets screwed over a lot? Maybe it is that Buffalo is a town of hard workers and a lot of the success is from that hard work and over achiving. Yes Buffalo is a city but it is a small city compaired to places like Denver, NY, Chicago, Boston, Miami, Toronto, and many others. I think that smallnes does wind up being a Disadvantage in sports.
Onto the Championships. The Bandits have won 4 of them That is pretty impressive, and to be honest they could have/should have won at least one more. Minor League Baseball is weird. The Durham Bulls are famous and are not a major league team, but maybe that is just cause of that movie. I'm guessing if they won the championship it would considered Major since people know of them. I have no idea when but the Bisons have won Championships even back to back years. I like the bisons and go to games but don't really follow them. The Bills won Championships before the Superbowl but that was a long time ago.
I hope these Buffalo sports teams can renew my faith.
Couple things to touch on. What is going on with my Raiders. Come on Al Davis lets get the team good again. You haven't been comitted to Excellence in a long time. The Steelers what is going on with Holmes and Big Ben. Yes I think Tomilin is a great coach and Cower isn't coming back but Maybe he should. I admit that what I don't get about "Big Ben" is if there isn't enough evidance of what he did for a trial then why is he suspended for 6 games. I don't think anyone will really know what happened and I include him and the chick in this.
I do Have Faith that The Penguins will find what they need to win and elimanate the Sens. This does bring up a point. One thing that they must strighten out for next year is the Kick rule. I don't know how they can make it more clear. But I think if you see the person bend in the knee then you can tell it is a kick. But how do you tell when it is a kick from the hip. The non-goal looked like a goal to me?

Opening Day 2010
The other factor is the weather. Buffalo is not the only city where it is cold in the spring. I can remember a few years ago when the first week of the bison's Games got canceled. I was at one game with my sister where Bull aka Rich Gensler was there with The EDGE and it was snowing and everyone had blankets on.
So this year when it was sunny and warm for most of the game and the Team played well and had multiple Rallies and won it was amazing, or maybe more shocking.
I wanted to eat at Moe's but it wasn't open yet. So it was a Roast Beef and Buttered Spuds with Cheese. Those are so messy and gross but taste so good. Well Here are the pictures I don't know as they can convey what the game is really like but we shall see.
So All the stuff with the Anthem and Intro and Color Guard stuff is part of the fun of Opening Day. But then you also get the First Pitch stuff also. It is Very Common for the Mayor to Get Booed. At First it seems odd. But you figure there is some part of the population that doesn't like him. I forget the guys nam that won the Medal with the M he was Cheered though
Well not sure how those pictures are but I guess you get a sense of it

Pot smokers out, proud for 4/20 high holiday

By LISA LEFF, Associated Press Writer Lisa Leff, Associated Press Writer - 1 hr 33 mins ago
OAKLAND, Calif. - Forget Hippie Hill. For thoroughly modern marijuana smokers in the San Francisco Bay area, the hip place to celebrate their movement's high holiday this year was the inside of a stretch Hummer parked outside a pot gardening superstore.
Marijuana legalization advocates across the country are expected to light up during Tuesday's annual observance of 4/20, the celebration-cum-mass civil disobedience derived from "420" - insider shorthand for cannabis consumption.
IGrow, a 3-month-old cultivation equipment emporium, got a 24-hour jump, sponsoring a "420 Eve" festival Monday afternoon.
Several hundred revelers lined up outside the 15,000-square-foot shop - security guards kept them at bay until 4:20 p.m. - waiting for the chance to revel in marijuana's rising commercial clout.
Inside the gates, they perused booths stocked with pipe-shaped lollipops and specialty fertilizers, entered a medical marijuana delivery service's raffle for an oversized joint and toured a 53-foot-long portable grow room with a starting price of $60,000.
"I wouldn't have thought we would be able to consume on site," marveled John Corral, 19, of San Jose, after he obtained a wristband that gave him access to the event's two "vapor lounges," the one inside the Hummer and another inside a companion Range Rover limousine.
Marijuana use - medically and recreationally - is getting more attention these days, with California voters deciding in November whether to legalize the drug, and South Dakota voters considering this fall to allow its medical use. California and 13 other states already permit such use.
Most Americans still oppose legalizing marijuana, but larger majorities believe pot has medical benefits and the government should allow its use for that purpose, according to an Associated Press-CNBC poll released Tuesday.
Respondents were skeptical that crime would spike if marijuana is decriminalized or that it would lead more people to harder drugs.
There also was a nearly even split on whether government spends too much or the right amount enforcing marijuana laws. Almost no one thinks too little is spent.
Two years ago, before he had a doctor's recommendation to smoke pot, Corral commemorated 4/20 on Hippie Hill, the Golden Gate Park promontory where an earlier generation of pot aficionados made their stand.
IGrow has arranged to have a doctor working at the store three days a week to evaluate people seeking to become medical marijuana patients, and a handful of those at the 420 Eve party were able to snag last-minute appointments.
Allen St. Pierre, executive director of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, said the drug's steady movement from counterculture indulgence to mainstream acceptance will be evident elsewhere in the United States Tuesday, when four cable television channels have scheduled "a good chunk of programming to 420."
St. Pierre said that with the terms "marijuana" or "cannabis" regularly showing up on the top Internet searches and a measure to legalize the plant's recreational use appearing on as many as four state ballots in November, it's clear that groups like his, which has lobbied to decriminalize marijuana since 1970, are no longer blowing smoke.
"There is a large mainstreaming of all of this," he said. "Some of it is happening because of natural forces and some of it is happening because commercial entities looking to comport with local social mores and values are taking advantage of this bizarre numerology."
There are a variety of stories about the origin of 420, but pot advocates generally attribute the term to the time when a group of San Francisco Bay area high schoolers would gather to smoke marijuana. The term was then popularized by High Times magazine and the Grateful Dead.
At the iGrow event, Tom Patton of GrowOp Technology, proudly discussed the inspiration for the "Big Bud" growing trailer he developed with Derek Peterson, a former stock broker. Patton said he kept hearing about pot growers who "were constantly putting up and taking down" grow rooms built inside warehouses or residential homes because of complaints from neighbors, fires sparked by faulty wiring or threats of law enforcement raids.
His pot room on wheels, which comes outfitted with a security system and technology to adjust temperature and humidity levels from an iPhone, may not completely eliminate the last concern, but that hasn't stopped a pair of New York bankers from investing in the invention.
"This is an enabling technology, not a hiding-out technology," Patton said.
The lure of revenue and respectability has prompted some veterans of the marijuana wars to diversify. Joshua Freeman, a Sonoma County pot grower, was at the 420 Eve festival handing out samples of the specialty plant food he recently developed and is trying to market.
"We are not just a bunch of stoners sitting back on a couch playing video games," Freeman said.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra Beethoven 2010
I couple more pictures of Shea's and then The Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
In Picture form sometimes TSO I Like to Call the TSO Light show. The reason is that Picture wise often you notice the lights more then you do them. These pictures where taken from the balcony . What the Pictures can't show is how (at least to me) how Awesome The Trans-Siberian Orchestra's music really is ok back to Pictures.
Some Might Ask why so many pictures of The Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Well to be honest in small size pictures or on the camera one or at least me can't tell how they will look on the screen. Sometimes the ones that look dark you can see the band the best in.
I know I had a great time. I have no idea if these pictures are a good representation of the show or not. I would go to this again for sure though.

Why can you not throw people out. Well that is an easy one.
1. They have a legal citizen that is a child, who will raise the kid?
2. They do Jobs that most americans won't. You know things like pic fruits and shit like that.
3. There is a certain part of society that does benefit from them.
Here is the thing is that their is a lot of guised speak in terms of imegartion . The illegal asian girls who work in chinese food places, and giving messages and call girls and shit like that see those are ok, but mexicans are not thought in the same way. For some it is that if you are from a European country then that is fine.
What there needs to be is some kind of new program to deal with people who are here illegaly and aren't doing anything wrong. Here is what I would do.
1. Any one who is found is given a number
2. They are fingerprinted
3. Picture Taken
4. Then a Name is established
5. That name is them from now one with that picture and those prints
6. There are in many cities these adult education classes they are sent to those and they must attend (guesing they take attandance), In English (can't make them speak it but they will atleast learn it)
Anyone can call in anyone else and say I think so and so at such and such a place is illegal. Guys can show up scan your State, or school ID (they will all have a bar on them) and it will bring up all your info. {hey I don't like this big brother stuff but I guess it is nesacary]
DEA and Border control can do this not like the DEA has anything else do anyways, HA. Oh yeah or the feds could do their job.
Now here is the bigger question if I can come up with an idea that can work or would at least be base why can't any president come up with one?
1. With it just being me stuff winds up going to waste (all the cooking stuff for multiple dishes)
2. Taste wise I like the unhealthy stuff, things like beef and things like that.
That being said if cooking where to fit me I would do it. I think there are still many familes where people do cook, I'm just not one of them. Just because you cook doesn't mean it is good for you. I used to do fried chicken, YUM. But not to good for ya.
I do agree with you that you need people to do things that are healthy for themselves. But I think that in terms of the medical field prevention should be #1 goal and not profit, and then the #2 goal should be to fit illness. Cures for things fit right in there with both things.
Yes there are some health plans that do pay you for doing things that make you healthier like exercise. And here is my but. They are doing it for the wrong reason. They know that if you do healthy stuff you chance of getting sick is less so they will make more money. It isn't that it makes you healthier and that is better for the world. So they are doing the right thing for the wrong reason. But it is a start.
I think there must be some way to let people know and encourage them to be healthy. It is true that people with cars do a lot of preventive stuff but they don't do it for them selves. Again this is tricky cause some people can't exercise or have to do certain things. For example Running is bad for the knees but good for the heart. People have to start out slow and work into things. There has to be some enjoyment as well.
I don't have the answers but I do know that we are fighting health, the drug problem, and imegration backwards one must fight the cause and not the symptom. Best example I have is my school loan or even a credit card bill. Those companies will let you pay only the interest. Well when the balance never gets any lower you will pay them back untill you die. If there was a way that you only paid off what you owe and then got that done then paid of the interest you would be much better off (you pay some interest and some of the premium I still have some time to go on mine).
(e:Tinypliny) you mentioned something in one of your posts or comments about prevention in being healthy. I agree with you and ad this. Health is an example where we so often come at being sick from the backwards way. Diet pills are to get thin and lose weight not about being healthy. Go into a drug store and you have all kinds of pills that will make you feel better and some might make you less sick, that isn't really the point. The point is that all this stuff is to make you better after you are sick. This is true of Scripts also. Yes there are people who work on cures for things, but even that is a cure so that say you have cancer or something it will go away. Here is a better way, why not approach health as a preventive measure so people won't get sick. Granted it could never bee 100%. But Imagine if instead of finding a cure for AIDS (some day) and Cancer. What if there was a way (yes eating healthy is a great start but often you need more) that people who may get breast Cancer could take a pill or shot of some kind that could prevent that kind of cancer from growing. Yes there is some movement in the Medical field for prevention, but it should be the entire way of thinking. Now can you control what do to be healthy, no, but you can still help prevent a lot of stuff by leading with prevention as opposed to reaction.
Where I get lost is that after a few generations where everyone speaks english that this should go away. I think that over time what at once was I hate this person for this is down to the level of a joke. But Also think that everyone who is "White" kinda blended together and people who look different (black and Hispanic) there is still a lot of hate for.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I'm all for illegals to come here. But I do get that after Europeans landed here we took over the country bought LA, had a war and got some of mexico. Indians still live on reservations (not all of them) and have Casinos and Battle over tax of Cigarettes so we are still very connected to our forming of a country.
I'm not going to blame the Church for this, but we Americans Think we are better then others. I"m not saying all Americans but a Vast Majority I think it has become an American Thing.
But Part of the point of my post is that we do so many things back wards in this country and it drives me crazy that will be my next comment.
I wonder why this heterogeneity of the country does not influence guided law-making in an area that is so central a theme here.
