Missed work Learned about N.Korea

I woke up late today so I missed my ride to work. I could have gone in but I would have missed 2-3 hours plus I was tired. But I called in sick so I will get paid for the entire day.

Last night I taped 2 shows on the history chanel. One was called "inside North Korea" and the other was "The Real Dr. Evil" both where about North Korea. They where both very good and very interesting. I'm not that very political but there where still good. I think some one who is more into human rights and gettng invovled with other countries would enjoy it more, but all of it might be old to them. Some might say why do I care about North Korea. One i have seen lots of pictures of South Korea. One of my cousins Has taught English to kids in Soul for a few years I forget how meny. Secondly if there is to be another world war I think North Korea is where it might start. Thirdly I'm not a fan of Bush but North Korea I do think may really be part of the Axis of evil. I don't know enough to tell. It is a much more complicated sitution than Iraq.

I can't say as I know what The US should do in regards to N. Korea but I did enjoy what I learned, some of it was very emotional and you could understand both sides of the story, from what I saw.

Internet Cafes & Cofee shops

I admit I don't like cofee so I don't go to Higher Grounds,Spot or Starbucks very often. When I was in toronto they have a bunch of internet cafes where you can use a couputer for I think $3 an hour or something like that but they are not coffee shops. I think a computer place with coffee would be a good idea. As long as it was advertised as both. The libary works fine for me. But I think it could be a cool place to hang out after the bars have closed or during the day also. I don't know how the money side of things would be run; like how much to charge. The Computersor the coffe could be free but not both of course or One could be free with purchase of the other. I don't know of any internet cafes in Buffalo, or any Places that are real Cafes where you can go on line. I think one could do very well on elmwood. It could even be like a local version of boarders and the book store could have computers. I have herd you can read an entire book in there with out ever being talked to as long as you shop at there cafe.

Oh on another note now that I know how to put up a user pic and that it works I hope to put up a newer one soon. That was from when I had the hair on the side of my head short. I didn't think it looked that blurry before but I can't remember for sure.

Pictures

One thing that I do for fun is a take pictures. there is a cool website known as www.webshots.com You can look at pictures and post them. if you down load the software then you can use pictures as your screensaver. It is free. some people who use it a lot can pay for the service then you can store more pictures and you get unlimeted downloads a day. But for most people the free service is plenty. Back to my point. I never had a scanner and my digital camara was ok but not verry good so some of my pictures came out great and some came out crappy. For anyone who is interested i have the site to my homepage or whatever it is called at the top of this e-mail. This is a big step for me. I like the annomity of this site. Being that I'm the private keep to myself, do it alone type of person. you may ask then why post pictures to a site that you are in. well first no one on that site knows me, and 2nd there are a lot more pictures of other people then my self. The pictures on line are a very small amount compared to the pictures I have in my photo albums. Oh beast you rule and seem verry cool, but the more I'm pressured to go to a party or to do something then the less likely i am to do it. kinda like ricky williams. That guy is awesome he quits football so he can find him self. he admits that people presuring him to stay and play pushed him away. But i do appracate that you are just trying to help. if any one checks out the pictures and likes them that is cool and if not no big deal either way.

The Party

[inlink]beast,51[/inlink]

:) I admit that I was thinking about going. I was going to try to go to the fair and See Joe Satrani and Deep Purple that would be a lot of fun. But taking care of business today took a lot longer then I thought so I probably won't do either I will most likely just watch the Olympics but maybe i will hope on a bus and go out there and have a blast but I doubt it. I think meeting everyone would be cool. I'm sure I would enjoy it, But now there is so much pressure, to be honest to much so i will just stay home. I hope that everyone else has a blast. I still am trying to decide what to do; so who knows.

note to self

[inlink]springfaerie,37[/inlink] "Note To Self, Date a US Solider she will be thin and fit and sexy and will have a free huge rack paid for my uncle sam, Again time to date a solider" I miss that guy doing that bit on SNL's news. He would then miss his pocket sometimes.
