James Cameron Pail Kids

It is a bit late for this. But, this is not only the most thorough review of Avatar, but also a nice critique of James Cameron in general. It is also very amusing, well worth the 18 minutes.

18 minutes? Told you it was thorough.

And did I mention that its most scathing moment was an extended clip from The Garbage Pail Kids movie?

Zelda Rubenstein was not only a creepy as all get out actress but she was also one of the first celebrities to come out and fight for LGBT rights and against AIDS. She said this hurt her career, but continued to advocate for marginalized people all her life.

Here is an example of a poster she did in 1984 when AIDS was talked about only in whispers and years before Liz Taylor or Madonna gave us love.

Hey Homeowners

If you received a letter from the city saying your home has been reassessed and you are angry, please contact your councilmember. They fight reassessments all the time. As the city's methodology for reassessment is balls stupid it is really easy to make a convincing case.
