Kuni's is gone, and Lé Metro is for sale, so it too will be gone or changed.

There might be a new sushi place opening up though, just a block or two away. So that's at least something.

T3 / T1 Pricing Avalanche

Ugh. I was shopping around for rates for an additional T1 or partial T3 for my work, and I must have given my phone number to the wrong company at some point, because now I'm getting a dozen calls a day from different telecom resellers.

Make it stop. I hate when companies sell your info. That's so not cool at all.
