day 6
today i ate:

1 egg

toast lightly buttered

tortilla soup

carrots

half a korean pear

protein bar

whole grain pita chips, about 10

hummus, 3 table spoons

1 tomato

string cheese

prosciutto

other than some things being too salty, this is my best day yet. i feel good, and i am nooooooot tempted to eat crap or candy. plus it's also saving me money to plan out all my meals and only eat at home or bring my lunch to school, internship, work.

i kant believe kim k.... krazy. if she kant find love, who kan? i want to know so badly, who was the krook in this case.... her for wanting publicity? him for using her? or both of them????

enknot - 11/03/11 22:50
who needs charity when the world can have glamour instead. i think her's is a quicker and more to the point telling of a lot of stories. OH, and have a fuggin' burger and enjoy your life for a day will ya! 3 table spoons of hummus....pfft!
lilho - 11/01/11 12:30
the thing that makes me so mad is that wedding that cost so much... not that i wouldn't love to have that. i just feel like so many people are suffering and some of the money could have gone to charity.

I can't believe it either. It seems so crazy. Now that both her and J-Lo are available, I don't know who I love more.

throw up workout
have you ever worked out so hard or been so out of shape that you threw up after?

right now, that's basically me.

i really don't want to throw up though, so i am trying to hold it in.

count on any jillian micheals dvd to do that to you. i swear even people in really good shape suffer through those things. it's pretty much 50 minutes of bootcamp. i think the reason they are so hard is that you use mostly your own body weight for resistance, and if you have a few extra pounds it makes it that much harder.

anyway, day 5:

2 cups coffee with hazelnut creamer

1 egg

1 piece lightly buttered toast

1 piece ciabatta bread pizza with tomato, pesto, evoo, cheese

1 slice provolone

banana

and maybe a pear and vegetable soup for dinner

i'm hoping i can walk tomorrow, i need to at least hike or something but jillian has left with me little strength lol.

Regardless of the shape you are in, you can always push yourself to the point of being sick. I look at it as a great sign; it means you are putting in maximum effort. Just make sure it isn't happening due to a lack of sustenance. Eat some fruit 30-60 minutes beforehand. Make sure you are hydrated, lots of water throughout the day (only small amounts during and immediately before the workout).

I would make a terrible bulimic I hate throwing up so much. I have recovered and I feel good!

tinypliny - 10/30/11 21:57
Otherwise called bulimia.

tinypliny - 10/29/11 22:48
Where do you hike? Do you live close to mountainous/rocky formations?
tinypliny - 10/29/11 22:46
Did you make an omelette with the eggs, veggie and cheese?

10/29/2011 21:44 #55404

whoopie!
My brother sent me a giant whoopie pie for my bday. It just arrived, and its 5 whole lbs of yummy.

I actually froze it because a) I need a houseful of people to help eat it and b) I am not on a giant dessert diet.

Behold!

From wikipedia:
The whoopie pie is the official state treat of Maine (not to be confused with the official state dessert, which is blueberry pie).

So you could potentially not be on dessert diet and yet have this pie as a "treat". Just think of Maine when you are eating it.
