So, I more or less quit smoking about 12 days ago, except not really, I still had one in the morning and one at night. No longer. I'm going down to zero.
To throw my hat over the wall, I'm going to vow on the memory of my mother that I'm done. Mom, I promise that I am done smoking. This is it for me.
Hopefully I don't fuck it up, I'll feel super guilty after failing since I'm promising it this way.

Saturday?Does anyone want to do anything tomorrow afternoon? I'm on my own while James is engaging in political machinations.

One thing that has helped me is when I started to think of the cigarette as the cause of my unhappiness.

I do. I think it is an absolutely disgusting habit. The smell makes me sick to my stomach not to mention the jaw dropping stupidity of it. But, I try not to be a dick about it.... which I just failed at doing.
But you wouldn't want his present. It is some sort of nerdy nerd computer thing. The sort of thing that looks barren unless it is stacked with comic books and Jug Fugler's magazine.
