This time I cracked all the shells before I ate them in order to make the eating part effortless.
I paired then with red pears, red romaine, rice and zucchini.
They started carrying seafood from florida so while we were there I also picked up some cape rock shrimp. They came pre shelled which should make cooking a snap. I am thinking garlic butter, lemon and white wine sauce.




They are so big. The actual crab has to be one scary crustacean.
The crab legs were so delicious!
