A Favorite Poem( one of many )
She was a Phantom of delight
When first she gleam'd upon my sight;
A lovely Apparition, sent
To be a moment's ornament:
Her eyes as stars of twilight fair;
Like twilight's, too, her dusky hair;
But all things else about her drawn
From May-time and the cheerful dawn;
A dancing shape, an image gay,
To haunt, to startle, and waylay.
I saw her upon nearer view,
A Spirit, yet a Woman too!
Her household motions light and free,
And steps of virgin liberty;
A countenance in which did meet
Sweet records, promises as sweet;
A creature not too bright or good
For human nature's daily food,
For transient sorrows, simple wiles,
Praise, blame, love, kisses, tears, and smiles.
And now I see with eye serene
The very pulse of the machine;
A being breathing thoughtful breath,
A traveller between life and death:
The reason firm, the temperate will,
Endurance, foresight, strength, and skill;
A perfect Woman, nobly plann'd
To warn, to comfort, and command;
And yet a Spirit still, and bright
With something of an angel light.
~ W. Wordsworth
I have read two different endings to this poem, this is the older version. The new version ends with " Something of angelic light" it's frustrating because who gives publishers the right to just change things. The "angelic light" ending loses the natural flow, it's choppy. And this is just a poem, imagine what happens to important literature, like the Bible.

The Saddest
Of all sad words of tongue or pen, the saddest are these: It might have been!- John Greenleaf Whittier
A personal statement, a silly quote, or a tired old line. When I know, you'll know.

Fantasy
And how come most romantic comedies deal with infidelity. It's at the heart of all of these movies, You've Got Mail, 13 Going on 30, The Wedding Planer, My Best Friends Wedding, I could go on believe me. But in each of these movies a relationship is ended so the main characters can be happy. The irony is that women seem to love this crap! But I'm sure my wife wouldn't be to happy if I left her for "The Wedding Planner". They should make a movie based on the other persons perspective, the girl or guy who loses everything, so Julia Roberts character can be happy. They always skip over the 'victom'.
I know you're thinking " There only movies ", but there not, people tend to base the aspects of there life ( like relationships ) on what they think the other half wants. So a lot of guys (Who are desperatly trying to understand women), look to this sentimental crap for answers,for "What do women want?" but it's just fantasy. You're better off watching Monty Python to find the Holy Grail.
