Hand TurkeysSo I'm in charge of making the bulletin board at work each month and usually I love doing it but we've been so busy at work and stuff that I haven't had time to do it and it is already November 4th! So yesterday I decided, I know , I will make everyone in my department make hand turkeys and that will fill up the majority of the board. I brought in tons of glitter glue and crayons and markers and everyone made a hand turkey. I think it was a much needed morale booster and everyone enjoyed doing it! And plus that will fill up a lot of my bulletin board. I think my calling mihgt have been kindergarden art teacher because it was really fun!

(e:tiny) you put your hand on a piece of brown paper and trace it and cut it out. Then you decorate it to look like a turkey and can add things like a gobbler, beak, eyes, feet and a top hat.

Costume CrisisI have an idea for my costume and it is not put together at all. Luckily it doesn't involve much but I work til 5. ugh. I can't find what i've been looking for though I've been working so much I haven't had much time to look but hopefully it alll comes together . I'm sure i'll be a ducktapped , stapled in, mess like always!

Old VideosSo I started watching some old videos on my camcorder from prolly around 2002-2008 maybe , not sure of exact times but some are pretty great. A lot are just stupid me , (e:jill), (e:mk) and others being ridiculous and also a lot from estrip parties and when me and (e:jill) and (e:lilho) did estrip interviews to drum up traffic in the early estrip days. WE used to be pretty hardcore about getting new members. Theres a a lot of video of (e:matt)'s 24th or 25th bday I can't remember now.
Wathcing these videos made me realize how crazy yet awesome and fun me and my friends used to be. Like we never drank and we just were ridiculous. THere is one where we all dressed up, Yosepha and Jen like dolled up gals named Pralene and Cream , (e:mk) as a vietnam vet that wore sunglasses from the Nanny and kept PTSDing screaming "watch out cece", I wore a ladies thong over my jeans and a blond wig and was named Skeets and jill was my pimp/lover bambam. And we went out walking around Elmwood dressed like this and acting out our characters. We were so weird but I loved every minute of it. Now all the craziness usually ensues because of drinking but then we were just plain crazy fun.
me and (e:mk) are going to get together on WEdnesday night and watch the videos and eat delicious snacks like heated salsa. Hopefully (e:jill) can make it too...
one day maybe I'll put some of these vids on here, especially from estrip parties and what not.

She does scream quite a lot and you can always hear the strain in her voice in that song. On hindsight, maybe it was not so much about emotion as vocal cord dysfunction!
