It seems unreal that in 2011, Timewarner's support center online live chat help system is using user agent detection instead of browser capability detection to allow for chat. At least they should upgrade the agent compatibility list.

Believe it or not, I know people who think that the best years of their lives were their teenage years and that their lives have been going down hill since then. On the other hand, my teenage years were miserable and being the pollyanna that I am, I think that the best is yet to come.
I see teenagers and I think... wow, these people have a long way to go before they grow out of this phase. I am usually glad I am not in their stupid shoes.
