So today I had a three panel interview for a new job at Roswell. Right now, I have a 5 minute pause. It is nerve wracking. I wore a tie.

New Medicine RocksCategory: crohns
Medicine
I started a new once a day medicine called Lialda
. It is actually the same formula as the old medine but I only take it once. This is a huge difference. I can't express how much stress there is in having to take 3 pills, three times a day and how many days were ruined because I forgot my medicine and had to return home. Really, its a miracle.
Other than that, I have forgot to take picturs of everything this week. Yesterday we went to the garden walk.

There were the cutest little clay pot characters

Someone lost the one eyed cat ;(

After that we had a gay diner party. I used our new grill and made shrimp, about 20 lamb chops, sausage and clams with corn on the cob. The guests brought potato, tomato and macaronni salads. It was so freakin delicious.
Wegman's had the most ridiculous vergtable pack. First of all who - the fuck cannot cut vegtables. Seriously, going form full vegtable to cut takes about 30 seconds. Secondly, is that not a rediculous price for what's in the container. And then last, the container is just a huge waste of plastic. Really vegtables do not ned styrofoam backing.

They did, however, have a great deal on Cherry Stone clams - my favorite kind - $5.40/doz - yum.

So what is different about a gay dinner Party? In movies all dinner parties turn into orgies, well not really that is only one porn tittle. Seriously I thought a dinner party was a dinner party.

Agreed. I always chuckle to myself when I see Wegmans prepackaged anything. If you can't cut a zucchini or pepper in half you are pretty clueless.

Remember my electric bike car fantasyCategory: cars
Remember when i wrote about this electric transport device I wanted back in (e:paul,32328) - well it is getting closer to reality I think. Today on engadget
they reviewed a prototype of what they refer to as a ghastly device but is actually exactly what I want

I can't wait for the day when I can get something like this. I hate the guilty feeling I get when I travel around in my car around the city. Frankly though, I would like a third wheel and room for two.

WEMF - World Electronic Music FestivalCategory: music
I went to the first WEMF
and I really want to go to the last one. It is a weekend long electronic music festival in Canada. Problem is that tickets ($90 or $120) are expensive and I have no friends. Which could pose a problem. (e:matthew) and (e:terry) surely will not go. Tickmaster is sold out but I found a another place that has tickets. Maybe I should just go by myself. I never do things by myself anymore and I used all the time when I was in college. That is how I met most of my friends.

Sounds like a good time. There doesn't seem to be any top DJ's headlining. But it's only $65 for a two day pass which is completely enough heart pounding beats and dancing.
Now that the idea is in my head I'm definately interested and will probably get some of my friends involved...

Wow. Sounds as expensive as the musical I am tussling with my friend on... But the difference it you can dance and shout and have fun instead of being plopped down in a chair I guess...

I <3 the logo! On a black T-shirt it would look awesome! If you had people to go with, could you split the charge?

Dog Pack and ShoppingCategory: web
First of all, I was trying to make a boring evening go smoothly by traveling around the internet and reading all the blogs I never have time to read anymore. I found this dog snuggly thing on omgblog
Could you just see (e:james) dog in one, lol. I almost think they are mean.

We went to Home Depot to buy an electric lawn mower. We used the push mower for years now, but seriously two properlies and lost of lawn - it is no longer really feasible. It takes forever and it does a pretty crap job. It is fine for a small area. Anyhow, the butch saleschick at Home depot refused to sell us an electic lawn mower. They have them, they are more expensive than the gas ones, we defiantely wanted one and she pretty flat out refused to sell it because we really needed a gas one. I think that is pretty bullshit as it worked fine today after we bought it from Value Home Center on Elmwood, lol. I don't care if it doesn't have the HP of the gas guzzler one, I freakin don't want to have to deal with gas, or gas smell. If it breaks in three years, I will just have it fixed or buy a new one.

While there I drooled over the sinks they had. I wish my kicthen counter looked like this one. I want a new kitchen so bad:

and this outdoor room. How decadent is an outdoor fireplace. I think the one in the photo is photoshopped.

While buying a bunch of grill paraphenalia I found the chickcan. This is so frat.

Then we went to wegmans where I started lambstravaganza. I love the new grill, it makes everything awesome.

@the dog snuggly thing: Somehow that is so disturbing. I am sure it will headline in one of my nightmares this week. UGH
I think your Kitchen sink looks pretty nifty - in fact, doesn't it look very much like the one you posted. I am not sure you have those earthy coloured tiles, but that's about the only difference, right? Or do I have a particularly deficient memory (its a distinct possibility, btw)?

yum, yum lamb!
And that beer can chicken thing makes me uncomfortable. I think the expression "beer can cock" ruins it for me.

That's awesome Paul. You'll get it. I know you will.
Good luck! I sure you did great.
- YOU***** are going to GET THAT JOB! :)
TRIPLE CHEERS!Paul, it's natural to be nervous, especially when being grilled by panels. Take a breath. You're going to do a great job. Oh, and congrats on not having to take 123124214 pills a day now. That would do my head in.
