There's a new lunch place opening downtown in a couple months, called Chop Chop. It's going to be at 300 Main Street. Best of all - one of my favorite people ever, Laurie Sweet, is going to be the chef!

(e:James) and I went out for his birthday-week weekend sushi lunch. Ha! He is being turned to the dark side. Forgive the blurry photo - but it's a mackerel roll (James's favorite).
We also saw all these liquor themed BBQ sauces at Delish. Whaa?

I am not sure, I only heard a little bit about it from the owner accidentally, and I knew my friend Laurie as getting some sort of chef job, but I wasn't too sure of the details.
Any hints as to the type of cuisine? I might be inclined to hop on the Metro and shoot down there for lunch from time to time.
