Been meaning to create an (e:Strip) journal for a while. So here it is.

Anybody up for some games of whatever variety?

Monty Python itself is kinda odd in the scheme of nerd/geek/dork culture... They became famous because of this incredibly surreal/unexpected/spontaneous comedy...but now they have achieved cult status and have their jokes repeated over...and over...and over...

It is a wonderful perversion. :}

heidi writes at 02:10:41 11/17/08 - Comment #42204: I'm bad at reading comments after I've read the initial post so I didn't see these until just now. Yes, Fluxx is lots of fun. I've got a very early version of it and only have some of the extra cards issued. I really want a copy of Stoner Fluxx and to be totally nerdy, the new Monty Python Fluxx. I think Aquarius is awesome. Chrononauts requires a lot of concentration but it's very interesting to think about. The various Icehouse games are neat but I don't know very many of them.

And I've seen Treehouse and Are you a werewolf? played. Both seemed pretty fun.

I've been thinking about starting, or joining, a weekly game night...
