So I was doing some research
So we're in the process of putting together our second show. It is at Broadway Joe's again. So I'll give you all the info but I wanted to tell you about one of the bands we are playing with. The David Lynch band. So we were told that a guy from Moe is in it. Moe is huge in our area, and tours regularly. Well so does the David Lynch band. After seeing their website and reading who we are playing with, I feel honored to be on the same stage doing a show with these guys.
This is only our second show and we get to be on stage with a touring band. It looks like our show is the warm up show for their tour, which is even cooler I think.
So here's the skinny, I'm sure we'll repost this too
when: Feb 4th 10pm
where: Broadway Joes
who: North Park Project
The David Lynch Band
Uberfunk
The Weezing Stubblers
this will be a killer show, I know it's gonna be packed.

New Show, New Songs, and other New Shit
Billy says:
What happened Saturday night?
We went out drinkin at Coles with most of the crew. Dan and I fell in love with a new beer that Timmy introduced us to: Storm King. It's a stout with over 9% alcohol. Gitty Up!! Then we saw Flacidness. (Funny, cuz i just saw him and Lilho at Target the other day) Dan went over to talk. I was trapped in conversation and drunkedness. Then we got it in our heads to crash someone's party. Five of us split from the group and headed out. We picked up a case of beer and made our way. We couldn't find the party but rolled with the night and surprisingly made our way to the Colonie for the second night in a row. We hung out but I was too wasted to enjoy it and none of my girls were dancing. I hung in like a champ and we went back to my place to drink. The night starts to get fuzzy from before leaving the Colonie. The next morning, Nick thought I broke one of his ribs and the back of my bald head was bleeding. Surprisingly the two incidents were not related.
Sunday, Awesome band practice. Nick, Jay, and I were in a silly mood all day long. Dan looked half dead. We practiced, we wrote. Jay and I indulged. Nick drum soloed for the three of us, and my neighbors. We retired upstairs and watched Harold and Kumar go to White Castle". In the condition I was in, it was the funniest movie I've seen in years.
IT LOOKS LIKE WE'LL BE PLAYING FRIDAY FEBRUARY 4TH AT BROADWAY JOE'S AT AROUND 11PM.
HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
-Nick (holding ribcage)-
Billy, you definately bruised my ribs! I'm NEVER sparring with you again, I don't care how drunk I am...Luckily I can still play my drumkit without any rib pain...haha. NOBODY fuck with Billy, he will definately kick your ass and leave you hurting.

Practice Last Night
Been a long time since we actually wrote anything so I thought I'd talk about practice last night. We worked on a new song that's been floating around the house for a while. It's coming together we need to work out some of the kinks. I was trying to adapt the bassline to a melody part I wrote. It didn't really work out, but I have some ideas to give it the same flavor.
We basically played every song we have. Worked on a couple endings, and changed some stuff in some older songs. I think the extras we never did before are coming together very nicely.
Not sure when we will play out again. We're just taking it day by day. We'll make sure and let you know when it is.
