I don't think coffee & has a website but I saw them on the foreverelmwood.com website. They need to have a description like cafe aroma does on that website.

That would be great if you can help them out. I hate to see them leave.

The owner is not really doing a lot of advertizing and would probly welcome the help.

even putting flyers up at Buffalo state and on people cars would be helping.

At christmas time last year they had a special buy a cup for $50 dollars and get free coffee for a year. The people that purchased the cup are regulars now.

I can't say enough that Buffalo is really unique when it comes to the amount of small business in the area, and we must support them as much as possible.

I travelled all accross the country for my job and lived in Maryland near Washington DC for a couple of years and have not seen a city like Buffalo.

I grew up in Depew, went to Buffalo State moved to MD and came back as soon as I could.

The people that are constantly complaining about buffalo, obvoulsy never lived outside the area, to see their are worse places than Bufalo.

Has anyone noticed how landlords of buildings which house the business are becoming greedy by raising the rents on the businesses which cause them to leave the Elmwood strip.

For example Eldredios mexican rest. They left their elwood location because the landlord raised the rent so much that It was not worth staying. I understand that homeowners are raising rent because property values are going up. They are going up because of the businesses and activites surrounding elmwood and allentown.

If we don't demand rent locking for our businesses and apartments the elmwood strip will loose its business and people will move to a cheaper area and it will become another main street that failed.

The family owned small business in Buffalo is what makes Buffalo stand out against other areas of the country, which only have national chains like starbucks.

We must do everything we can to preserve the small business in Buffalo. Shop and dine at Small Business instead of National chains. Tell other people about them because word of mouth is the best way to advertize.

IF you havent checked out COFFEE & (near beckenridge) yet you need too. It is more relaxing than SPOT and Starbucks. They have awsome desserts. And a lot of activities like, comedy, live music, local artists on the walls, lots of friendly people to talk too. Oh and their coffee is great too.
