for once im not compelled to have a titl
hey yall
it's been a good three months, feels more like three years. i can't even begin to tell you about this place, its like being in another world, esp compared to bflo and the estrip. but yesterday i had a crazy long dream about buffalo and lots of bflo folks, just about everyone i know in buffalo was in it, i swear. so here i am checking in..
long live color options
things are lookin good on the estrip. at least the virtual one, i dno what kind of weather youre all dealin with.
you know i like my girls a little bit older
stickboy, if youre around.. remember dancing to that slow version of .your love. once upon a time? i just saw that band play a real fast version .josies on vacation far away. and i thought of you. hope alls good..

today
anyways he was selling cruiser bikes for $80 but is marking them down to $50 or $40, plus theres tons of parts you can get supercheap. no more bike pumps, etc. bc they've sold and he's not ordering any more, but you can find tons of great shit, including some really really cool old cruisers, cooler than the ones ppl have been riding around.
tony himself was fun to talk to, he's been there for 21 or so years, but has been in the business for years. he was talking about bert's bikes (you know the huge mega-chain) and how they charge so much for so little. this guy was into it for the bikes, you could tell from his shop and the way he talked. anyways, check it out if you get a chance (go before the great ones disappear!), you can certainly negotiate a good price with him.

send me you on a sunday
we also passed by balistreri's bakery, which according to my friend marc, has great bread but a year or two ago has relocated from the city to orchard park. we didn't get to stop by, but next time you pass it remember that..
oh, and thanks for all the cheektowaga advice, folks. i havent been there yet, but there's still 23 more days of august.

i cant sleep, hows about you?
i was writing an entry about mike seaver and his soul-saving ways that got erased. i wont bother replicating it, but you can see for yourself whether or not youre damned.

this looks like my sister 8* as well as that mario bros character that throws spikes from the cloud.
broken social scene is playing thursday at the square today. yay. too bad i have a f**king meeting right in the middle of it all. they were sposed to play the lollapalooza that was cancelled (call it something besides lollapalooza, geniuses..like field day..). see yous there maybe
that estrip voice that comes on when you load the site sure is scary at 6 in the morning.
hooray for midnight rides and full moons. and doing new buffalo things everyday.
it looks like that edward hopper painting outside, the one that i can never remember the name of, with the trees and the houses and the lightness of morning coming in above the trees and the darkness of night underneath.
your song just came on stickboy; come around and talk it over. good day, boys and girls and everyone in between

heres your excuse..
among all of the various groups and efforts that have popped up in opposition to bush (including lesbians against bush *they don't like dick either*) here's a funny one, known as fuck the vote, www.fthevote.com.

for all of you folks who havent participated in electioneering this year, here's a chance to do it the easy way, with a good lay..

time time time
im right there with matthew, the triplets of belleville rocks.. [inlink]emily,57[/inlink]
just an isolated incident.
for the 31 days of august, i will do 31 things that I've never done in buffalo before. this involves going to visit the grain silos, visiting the eternal flame. any suggestions about what else should be on that list?
how will anyone get their fill of stargate now?
that is one messed up story. i just read about some space satellite N-Fire that we're putting into orbit this summer, which will gather info about rockets and other space weapons, but is also fully weaponised. despite the fact that they've been planning that for ages (they being PNAC project for a new american century), N-Fire can now be touted as necessary against the 'war on terror'. *sigh* its just more of the same.
