Debating
Ooh debating. I really wish the candidates were able to actually question one another, Bush would have been a gibbering wreck if Kerry was set upon him. Having said that even without any direct questions it was obvious who understood what was going on and who was just feeding back a line that was fed to him earlier by Condy or Dick. I watched it in the fireside lounge at Buffalo State and was pleased to be surrounded by at least 40 others if not more, following a Black Active Minds event. Before I came over here people warned me not to speak out against the president because everyone loved him, but I have found the opposite to be true at least in Buffalo. I can only hope the sense of breakthrough we experienced watching Kerry chew up and spit out Bush was felt throughout the country and not just in the lounge. Anyway I should stop focusing on your election, I have exams, lots of them all clumped together on material I have not read! Ill start tommorow.

I was freezing my bollocks off today, why did it suddenly get so damn cold? (although it was crisp and also refreshing) crap I should know I have a world climatology test tommorow at 9:25 *cries*

Of boredom and pravda
Well today was dull by any measure of the imagination, three classes one after another each making me progressively more sleepy. I then watched a Dvd called Outfoxed I bought at New World records ( its about fox news), that is a fantastic store. Bill O'reilly is an evil lunatic, it is really disturbing to watch him shouting at the son of a 9/11 victim and telling him to shut up. Then I went to the library to study world climatology that was paaaaainfully dull. Oh and I created an AIM account, Andreweng20

English
Well this is all very impressive, my home town has nothing like this. My name is Andrew and until may I will be studying at Buff State. I am an English exchange student from Manchester and I am really glad out of all my choices I ended up in Buffalo and so close to the Elmwood Strip. I live in North Wing which is one of Buff State's nicest dorms, it is like a little community. My friend Rebecca took me to a bar on the Elmwood Strip and I met her friends and they gave me a little card with this website on it so I thought I would check it out. Well this will be my journal of how an English person sees Buffalo, I will try and not let it fall into disuse as some of my past online journal efforts tended to.
