My smallest nephew has cancer. They found out last week. He has since had the tumor removed, which included his kidney, pancreas and some back muscle. He also has spots on his lungs which they will start on radiation and chemo therapy after he has time to recover from surgery. Poor little fellow. The whole story can be found here. It's hard being away from family sometimes :(
She just responded and she wanted me to convey their apologies to the writer of the blog. She appreciated that I had forwarded her the entry and said she would be following up on it. I told her that for the most part the employees were pretty good but that we all could use reminders from time to time of what people are going though here.
I'm so sorry.... I hope that he can fight his way through this with the support of family, friends, and Roswell. 
So sad. I wish the best for him.
Thanks very much guys. It's really hard being so far away and your support is really comforting. So far he seems to be recovering well from the surgery portion of treatment.
