Dyke March and so much more

So I will admit that I don't really like to put up a bunch of Photo posts togther but I really have no choice. On Saturday I was just going to go up and watch the march and go home. (e:heidi) was having people over for it and it turned into a very nice time. I met some new people and it was nice. I don't think I could remember all of their names but in any event here are the pictures.

At the street festival for Pride we ran into (e:chico).

Then It was back to (e:Heidi)'s Place. I forgot to mention that (e:lauren) was there also . I thought you could tell from the dog and the picture of her. One thing about Pride was that I saw some really nice ink. But It would have been weird to just walk up to chick and go "Ok I know this is kinda weird but I love your chest piece can a take a Picture of it" In some cases on an arm it wouldn't be so odd but it still would be like way to creepy............

That Tea place was pretty cool, I just couldn't handle anything else at that time. I noticed I don't think I really got any pictures of the people I didn't know. I'm pictured out. Not sure if my next post should be the Stripteasers, Fudgy Chewy, The Stamplickers or if I should try to put them all in one huge, estrip Huge, post or break it up or jump into pride Pictures, hey if anyone reads this or cares let me know, I'm not sure what the best way to do this is. Oh yeah and sorry about the mis understanding and getting seperated. I"m not sure but I think I saw the girl who was with her freinds on the strip twice today, how do a breach that, go Hey are you and then try to find the picture, plus she was with a guy so he might read into more or what ever. Again not sure if it was her or not. Again it was a great time thanks.

The 30th party Part 2

So the video isn't that great. I wish I would have videoed when the discussion about the Daughter Dancing song was going on. Yes I liked that song. In terms of sound it seems the camera picks up what is close and the music gets lost to talking but check it out anyways.

It is possible I missed a few I hope not. The Party was a great time it really was. I guess my next post will be about the Dyke March and Stripteasers. I shouldn't have I guess but I did take pictures, even with me and my miss understanding of the plan at the end that was a great time also...................

Splice and the Party Part 1

So on my way up to elmwood to catch the bus my right side started to hurt so I'm guessing it was from all the laughing I did last night. It was a blast it really was a great time. I liked splice I thought they where going to lean towards the Monster movie thing as opposed to the Sci-Fi Angle, but I still liked it, and really liked the end, and that is all I will say about that. Hoping I don't over do this weekend

So I'm looking forward to (e:brit) and (e:Libertad)'s party at (e:PMT)'s, I think I'm also going to Nietches on Saturday Night. Hoping to see the dyke march on Sat and then the Parade on sunday. At the parade I won't drink. I just hope I don't over do it. Hey when it is nice out it is easy to drink to much. You drink faster then you should and you go from feeling fine to oh no what did I do, it can happen quickly. This can happen since I've been majorly streesed out:

I like my Job. Now it is a physical Job and if you have a physical job you work hard you have to. But there is this thing where when you are working hard you notice when some other person is fucking off. I can say that I honestly know that I'm the only person there who doesn't fuck off. There is this one clown who thinks he does a lot of work "Mr. dependable " I call him. But he is all ways fucking off. He weaseled his way into my area, and weasled his way into the part of the Job he thinks is the easiest and is trying to get to do the part where he thinks he doesn't half to lift any boxes. This Kid (he ain't no man) just wants to be lazy well he is lazy. Any time he does any work all you do is hear about it. He is such a phoney, not to mention he is nosey and tries to be all up in everyone's buisnees. I felt like punching this clown (not the funny kind) right in his piece of shit face today. He is no good and a cancer (well why insult cancer). It is one of those you would have to be there to get it type of things but the guy is no good.

What I can say is this I don't know how the other person I work with can stand him all day (he is out I'm doing what he does). I try not to yell at this ass munch but that is what I should do. The Problem is then when ihe is a bitch he wines and fucks up orders and is even more worthless..........ARGh

This weekend should be great and I hope the weather is. I hope I can do just enough so that I feel really good and am talkative but don't say anything to stupid. Hope to see you (e:peeps) out and about hope everyone has a great weekend, I wish it was friday!!!!

Now Today He was pretty good.

There is just one thing I do need to clarify. If someone lacks certain ablities or is slow or something like that, I can live with that. Everyone has things they are great at and bad at. What I can't live with is the lack of effort.

I will use my self as an example. I worked in production for some time. That was so stressfull. (I wasn't hired for that, nor did I have any choice, I was made to work there). Picture a machine with opening and you put these little tubes in the opening or things come down a belt and you grab them and put them in something else. One little fumble or slip up and the machine has to stop or you back up person has to pick up speed. Some of it my hands aren't made for those little movements. I all ways felt bad for the people who's line I got put on cause I wasn't good enough at it, and it made their job harder. There where people who could talk and laugh and to them it was easy as a breeze even on a fast speed. From what I heard and over heard most people didn't mind because I was trying but there where a couple people who they couldn't stand because they didn't try. I'm kinda the same way. If you try and do your best and I wind up doing most of the work that is fine, I have no problem with that. If there are things you can't remember ask me and I'll tell you I have no problem with that. But if those problems are because you don't care well then we have a problem.

Today was a much better day and a lot less stress, and tonight will be a good time, just have to figure out if a T-Shirt will be warm enough........

2. Again, he sounds like a "douche"..

3. He doesn't need to know your business.

4. True.

5. I do the same you do. When someone else isn't giving their best it pisses me off. If you are being fairly compensated for your work you should be fair in return.

6. You could tell him he is being lazy even if you aren't a boss. You could probably get away with saying more to him than management could.

7. Yes, we have to continue to work with these people. If there are serious concerns with their abilities it should be addressed discretely with management, but I do understand that it is very difficult to do that. That fact is if they are causing such ill effect that they are putting your own job in jeopardy you are entirely within your rights to blow their ass in.

8. Something might have happened to him that you are not aware of between now and then.

After a good nights sleep tomorrow could always be better?

I do need to add a couple things

1. I don't like to Judge people but I wind up doing it a lot, and I don't like that I do

2. I'm not the only person that can't stand him:
- Personaly I have nothing to say bad about him, I'm sure out side of work is a great guy, but work wise he drives me insane

3. I blocked him and his wife on facebook, but am friends with other people I work with, I'm sure that pisses him off (he noses into everyone's business online that is fine but at work it isn't)

4. Some people will just never get along. He is all right sometimes, but he is more anoying then anything.

5. I'm not saying I'm easy to work with, I hold people to a high Standard.

6. I'm not a boss so I can't really tell him what to do.

7. I have to work with him everyday (any everyone else) So I would like to get along with him, but his attitude is so wrong.

8. Again this is my perception of his attitude (I could be wrong), I used to work with him in a different part of the company and he wasn't like this.

Thanks everyone for their input, and feel free to make more comments. Hopefully Friday will be better we shall see, maybe there will be an update before I get ready for the 24.

Here is the thing with being out on Comp. It seems like it would be a lot of fun. You are Paid for not working. But here is the thing, in theory if you are hurt (say shoulder or neck) can you really enjoy your time. You can't drive down to mertyle beach or something. Also wouldn't you have like bills to pay and doctors and stuff. If you are out on comp you had best sleep during the day, cause watching day time TV will drive one insane. There is a part of me that would like it for a bit but not for long.

The Person who is off of work is out because he needs time to be at home with the wife. She is "sick" I know it isn't a medical term, but she is "Sick" what that means is she has stuff wrong with her, and so (I don't know details) that sets her up for other problems. Her having problems or going to see doctors is the only time the guy ever gets to take off.

In terms of fucking off. Yeah it is ok to do it a little bit and to Joke around and talk, but Working needs to be #1 priority when you are there. You also need to know that sometimes when there is a lot of work, you need to shut up and do the work, hey if you finish early you can fuck off then. I'm sorry this dude drives me crazy, and I did feel like hitting the kid. I should have just yelled at him and called him out on his bullshit......

peter, I wish more people had your work ethic. This year has been really eye opening- there are so many people who just want to be out on comp. Then there are the others, but they are much fewer, who ARE out on comp, but HATE it, and all they want to do is get back to work. My hat is off to those guys.

Shopping Update + Summer UPDATE

UPDATE: Just wanted to add a few Pictures!!!!!!!!!

On Saturday after I went to see The Prince Of Persia, I went to tops to get food. When I was there I saw that they now sell Mexican Coke in Bottles. I think they where 4 for 5$ but they where indivual bottles not in a case. When I went to the cold section I saw them there also, man it was tempting to buy a few bottles. But there was also a lot of alcohol I wanted to try. Sminorf now makes a lemonade, like mikes that really looked good.
My Mother went shopping on Sunday so I went with her to Tops Niagara and bought more food that was on sale. Hey I get stuff that I like when it is on sale. It is so weird to go shopping two days in a row. Oh yeah (e:Enknot) it was nice to talk to you for a couple minutes. Tops on Niagara had the Coke in Bottles there also but I had so much I didn't pick any up. One of things I did get on saturday was a recomended by (e:Jason) I think. Johnie Ryan cola was very good and so was the orange thanks........

Both earlier in the month and Saturday at tops and then some sunday really got me thinking about how it is really summer now. Well or maybe it is the temp that makes me think that way. The one thing that I don't like about my place it there is no place to really BBQ, even if it is just throwing something like a burger on for a few. That is because I don't have a porch or any thing. For those of you who do have them be thankful and use them. I mean the porch and or a place to grill if you can do both on the porch even better. There is nothing quite like drinking a lemonade (assuming it is as tastry as the companies make it look) or and ice cold coke (I love pepsi but it just isn't the same image) relaxing on a porch with a tasty burger or some other piece of meat. Yum Summer. This reminds me of an old MTV ad. It went along the lines of Pop It open Pop it open MTV, and they had these summer images, it was great. So on one of the following ads MTV had been on a can and some one pops it open and drinks it and spits it out and the line was "Hey we never said you could drink it", it was to funny back then. But there is something About the Summer and cooking on a grill, or even just going someplace for a burger and looking over the water.

For those that think Summer hasn't started yet The Allentown Art Festival starts in about 2 weeks. There are many people who bash it and they make some good points. But there are also local artists who have some cool stuff there, or atlesat local enough that they are also at the Elmwood Festival of the Arts. I assume that The Allentown West Festival is going on as well, and then this weekend is Pride weekend, other then the Parade not sure what that is so That Area of Allen is going to get pretty busy for 2 weekends in a row I'm sure. Oh yeah wait Sat. I'm supposed to be going to see the stripteasers at Nietheches.

Allentown Art Festival:

Back to Allentown. There is something going on with it that is really going to be pretty cool. If I understand this right on June 12th and 13th at Good Carmel Recording Studios on Franklin (Where music is art used to be) they are having as Mark Freland Display. I admit I'm not really a fan of his art but It will be nice to see. What I want to see is on Sunday 3pm. There will be a MIA press conferance. This I can't miss, I want to get there early. I don't know if it will be inside or outside if there will be 30 or 3,000 people But I want to be there. One other reason is that they had this photo contest last year for MIA and I would like to see the winning pictures and find out who won. I admit If I won something it would be amazing but I'm guessing if I did , I would have been told all ready but hey who knows it should be a great time.

Oh this reminds me of something. At Many events we all wind up people watching. I'm no different. Sometimes my mind is on gettiing pictures of the event. This is why often my camera will be inhand and I run into people and don't think to snap there photo quick if you see the camera just ask and I'll shoot one and we can go back to what ever we where talking about.

Working this week will suck, the hot I can deal with but doing the 5 days work in 4 days will be tough. But this weekend will be fun the party at (e:PMT)'s with the Peterazzi in full effect sunday I'm sure I'll check out the Parade and then Friday stripteasers Hello Summer.
