Sunday morning this kid was pacing back and forth near Linwood and
north freaking out in the phone. We couldn't figure out what happened
right away but slowly we overheard some details. He left stuff in his
car and someone stole the stuff. I though I heard him say a laptop,
which sucks, but seriously, who leaves electronics in their car, in a
city.
The thrift smashed the driver's window completely out to get to the
stuff.
It's zillow :::link:::
and there are house for that much all over. There are even houses over 1 million. Seems like the buffalo market didn't crash, or at least not as bad as the rest of the country.
I think a lot of the houses on Linwood are around that range now. There is some website you can go to that tells you how much houses are valued at but I forgot what it is.
$500,000 for a house in Buffalo? WTF? I thought the only place in Buffalo where houses sold for $500,000 was the Nottingham terrace area.
I love their backyard/pool set up. The interior was fun to go through, but I don't remember much about it.
Guessing it is about $500,000 out of my price range, ha.
I'm looking to buy a house, but more in the $70,000 range. The "dream house" we found in Strykersville (east of East Aurora) was taken away from us yesterday while we were trying to make our bid on it, by some buyers who agreed to pay cash for the house. Paying for a house in cash means that the sellers don't need to do anything, so our real estate agent told us we really couldn't do anything to beat their offer.
I hope you get nice neighbors!
They are building a house somewhere else.
omg, that house is beautiful... as is their backyard. why are they moving?
