Halloween Part 3 the final chapter

Well here goes part 3 there is one thing that I want to try and see if it works for like two pictures kinda as an experiment for future journals.

Just wanted to add that I hope everyone enjoys the pictures. I also want to add thanks to (e:pmt) for having the party at their place and also a thank you to everyone in the pictures and I'm glad everyone had a good time.

Her boobs are amazing if I knew where to find them out and about I think I might keep that to myself and then share it after I had them cause ones like that should be shared with the world. I don't blame Paul for being into her boobs at all they are amazing. Hope everyone enjoyed the pictures. On a side note I still have to get them all printed still.

I love your pics. Anways Mike was talking about how he can't be a teacher because of all of his filthy pictures on estrip. If you search him under image search there are so many inapropriate pics of him...surely they would fire him or something once the kids found them (Cause you know they would). I (e:paul) seems so into that girls boobs.

So I'm not a gay guy or a girl so there is something I for the life of me don't understand. If anyone knows you can answer. Why is that girls (or at least some) like to make out and be felt up by gay guys, I don't understand. That reminds me I think Mike felt someone up but I didn't get a picture of it.

I just had another idea for anyone who wants to. Under the boob lick picture I put Hottest Picture? If any one wants what is the hottest picture really?

Club Owner drug bust?

This article was in today's Buffalo News. It is about the owner of Club Diablo and how he was busted for weed. The thing that is odd is that I would think that when it first happened I would have heard about it. In any event it is kinda interesting.

Jesse S. Zuefle, owner of Club Diablo on Washington Street, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a reduced felony charge in connection with last spring's seizure of 42 pounds of marijuana in the attic of the rental property he owned next door to his Richmond Avenue home.

In return for the plea, prosecutors ordered Zuefle, 36, to turn over cash seized in the raid to the federal and state authorities, along with a vehicle used in his marijuana business and the three-story building where the drugs were found.

Zuefle has been free on bail since the May 10 raid by the Erie County district attorney's office, the State Police and federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He pleaded guilty before State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia to first-degree attempted criminal possession of marijuana.

Zuefle is free on $10,000 bail pending his Jan. 4 sentencing.

Initially charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana - which carries a possible state prison term of up to 5z years - Zuefle now faces a sentence ranging from probation to 2z years in prison.

After the plea proceedings, narcotics prosecutor Glenn Pincus of the district attorney's office said authorities seized $150,000 in cash plus the marijuana and drug scales.

Under the plea deal, the cash, the property that was "the basis of his marijuana operation" and a Chevrolet TrailBlazer he used in the marijuana business will be turned over to and shared by the state and federal governments, Pincus said.

The raid was the result of a yearlong investigation by the three agencies, Pincus said.

Zuefle was allowed to plead guilty to a lesser felony charge because of his agreement on the confiscation of the cash and property, which have a combined value of about $250,000, and his previously clean record, Pincus said. His ownership of Club Diablo was not a part of the case.

U.S. Attorney Terrance P. Flynn said the seizure of Zuefle's property "should send a strong message to those individuals who believe that trafficking in marijuana is not a serious problem."

"Not only will this forfeiture action remove the money Zuefle made from his illegal business, but it also addresses the concern of his Richmond Avenue neighbors that should not have to be forced to live near an apartment building that was used as an illegal distribution center," Flynn said.

Flynn said a federal forfeiture complaint is now before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.

I will be the first to admit that even though I have wanted to go to Diablo that I have never made it there my self. Part of the reason is the lateness of the concerts. I in all honesty was supposed to go Halloween weekend but got into the sabres game and didn't feel like I had the emotional and physical energy to go. If I understand the article correctly he resold it to other people and the buiness had nothing really to do with it.

In terms of weed being legal I think it should be. I have all kinds and have heard multiple thories on why it isn't legal. The one that makes the most sense to me is that the government can't figure out a way to tax it. Unlike cigs you can grow your own weed and sell it and avoid the taxes but that is only one of a few ideas I've heard.

42lbs? I wonder if they included the soil in that measurement? I heard they do, but I'm not sure. IF marijuana were legal the government would get their cut, I don't get what the problem is. Never been to Diablo...do you like it?

E:strip Halloween part 1

First of all I had a good time. Secondly there where some very lovely, hot, sexy or what ever word you want to use for the ladies there and yes I will admit that (e:jill) and (e:imk2) where two of them. If you read my last party post I admitted something in that I think that may become a trend. I don't think these pictures will be in exact order or anything but they might be close. Sorry it took so long to get them up, Sunday I watched football all day and yesterday I didn't have much time and partook in internet chat about the NLL.

Some preparty Pictures

Oh yeah there will be some nice shots of boobs none really exposed but if that offends you may want to shy away from some of the pictures (yeah so I don't need a warning but adding one is fun)

So I thought that fire fighter suit was kinda hot and sexy. Then after the party I thought to my self it is to bad I didn't think of doing a male version of that I an idea hit me, to bad I didn't think of it then.

Oh before I forget to say anything I have two things to say. There where a couple or a few people who I was hoping to make it but didn't or couldn't. But I was happily surprised to see TK, who I have only known as TK. The strange part is he told me to go in the house and that is was open but at first with the make up and how he was just sitting there I didn't know who it was. Ok back to more pictures.

It is all ways tough to no ware you should cut off the pictures and where to start a part 2. Really how many pictures will someone look at. I hope I didn't put up to many. I was thinking about giving out awards for costumes but that doesn't really work so here are some honnerable mentions. The duct tape dress was awesome, the dark skinned girl with the great rack and dark hair, (e:imk2) witch costume, The hottest picture I think will also have her in it in the next or maybe even in a part 3 we shall see. I had a great time and thanks to (e:pmt) having it. There where some great costumes I just can't mention them all.

Yeah you are right that they aern't scandalus enough. It would be great if something would have happened in the cage or maybe it did and I missed it.

In terms of costume you are pretty close to what drew was. I heard him say he is a creationist scinctist I think. He even had some leaflets.

wow, there were lots of people there I don't know... Like firefighter girl and the girl with dark hair in the black outfit, and the karate girl... and the priest guy and the gladiator guy and the devil guy...

But what was drew? My best guess is mad scientist, but I'm assuming there's more to it than that. And Janelle? mad scientist's wife?

And mike and jill you guys are awesome. :)

Halloween Part 2 2007

So if you are reading this journal you may want to go to my previous one and see the pictures from the Halloween party. This one picks up where that one kinda left off. Hopefully there is no overlap but there could be some.

Well it looks like there will be a part 3 or a bonus post or something coming up also. It is really just a time issue but with these two posts it should be plenty of pictures for now and hopefully some time this week I can get the rest or most of the rest of them up. There is on funny picture I have to put up that I saw in front of tops. I wonder how you prove this or do they bring it out to you.

If any one as any legit info it would be cool it almost looks like a joke, I kinda thought it was hence the picture.

AWESOME--- I had NOT ONE PHOTO of my costume or Z's and I didn't even realize what I looked like!!

OMG Maybe I should stop wearing that corset. It used to fit me. I bought it at a Renn Fest in ... 2001?
I forget. It fit me then, like actually fit me so I could get my boobs into it. OMG I went to a party beforehand and there were kids there and I wondered why people were giving me such funny looks-- It didn't look like that in the mirror!!!

Well, anyway, thanks for taking photos, and it looks like I missed some fun stuff earlier in the evening-- oh well! C'est la vie!!

Anyways, I had a great time at the party and even though there is like five pics of me eating a jello shot, I swear it was only one! You had a nice pic of (e:dragonlady).

Lewis Black Diablo Halloween

So first of all I noticed that I got to 900 journals not quite sure how but I did, man that is a lot of writing. On top of all that "talking" I have posted 2,176 comments not really sure if that is a lot or not but it sounds like it might be. Ok back to why I wrote this. Last night I went to see Lewis Black. I admit that I had trouble staying awake. Yes he was funny but all the sitting down at the end of a long day at just that time. I thought both he and the opener were funny and had a great time with both guys routine. Before the show I went to Fridays and had a couple drinks and a good burger and the place was packed so things to some time but still had a great time. But that made be get to sheas latter then I planed. That wasn't a problem except I couldn't get to the merch table cause people where just standing around not heading in just standing in the way. So no shirt for me nor no bobble heads, but all in all a good time.

On my way home I went to Nietches (first time finaly) and saw a cool band who was kinda a funky jazz band, not sure how else to describe it and had a good time and a few drinks. I will admit there wasn't that many people there but a few of the ladies (with guys and not by them selves) where pretty cute. After words I went home and went to bed. It felt so good to sleep in and not have to work today. However the massive headache didn't feel good at all (Hang over and congestion headache all at the same time I think). That lead me to not wind up doing anything. I was supposed to go to target and hunt down some stuff for a costume for the club diablo concert tonight. I may or may not go still not sure it sure would be fun. Again I have never been there only seen it from the outside. So hopefully I can find what I'm looking for so I can be in costume on Saturday. I'm thinking I may try to get a pumpkin somewhere. It is to bad ex-cel closed cause I know they used to sell them.

The sabres play tonight maybe I can watch them lose, kidding kind of. Also in terms of sports I'm glad the Bandits season is back on, I'm really happy about that. I wish I could get a helmet and black lacrosse shorts and a stick since I have two Jersys I could go as a Buffalo Bandit but i don't see that Happening, I'll figure something out on saturday. Besides that how would I Cary my camera.

I'm so fucking lame sometimes I just didn't have what it took to get out last night and my costume ideas arn't working out. I didn't get a pumpkin so I will still be there tonight and will look different but I won't look like how I want to look.

I have to admit that there have been bands that I wanted to see there but I have missed them for what ever reason of something coming up or just not being able to go there. Most concerts I see are at concert venues that also have bars as opposed to bars that have music. I good example of that is "The Stripteasers" They are a boulesque act that performs at Roxy's (never seen them there but seen that at Music is art) and they where at Nieches on like a friday and I found out they had been there on Saturday and they are also part of there Halloween bash on Saturday but I would rather be at (e:pmt)'s party. I also have to admit that I have never been to "The old Pink" now it has like green flames on it but I guess it is called the "old Pink" still. One of the reasons is that during the week I have to wake up early for work so going to shows that start late at night isn't a good mix really.

I'm really surprised that was your first time at Nietches. I haven't been there yet, but you manage to do so much in Buffalo, I just would have assumed you had been there a thousand times.
