I had a great time. The food was great and the company was even better. It was nice finally meeting some of you. I would have posted sooner but my pilfered internet service has been sketchy at best.

Thank you for setting this up Jim. It was a great time.
I am sure I have met scores of estrippers but can't remember because it was at an estrip party and I was too drunk to convert short term to long term memory. This was nice and sober.
And that Myra! I shall never love another woman as long as that sweet temptress walks this earth.

in my original post I asked for people to let me know if they were coming I think, but it's ok to just show up, they'll just have to squeeze us all in and I think not everyone who told me they were coming is going to end up coming.

Brain HurtsCategory: work
Was up late last night dealing with:
And then today I had a long conversation at work with (e:Paul). I am so used to working alone for so long that I think the part of my brain that knows how to program is not hooked up to the part of my brain that knows how to use my mouth to speak.
It took so much energy out of me to try to speak about programming. I feel like I am dead. Different parts of the brain are like tinker-toys and connected in certain ways and doing new things is so taxing, even if the individual parts of the new things are old things.
It is nice to work somewhere that I have colleagues instead of just co-workers, I was really missing out on that intellectual sharing part of work before.

oh albany. you used to be an hour and a half away. now? a bit more.
let's hope that bridge holds.
It's cold today - and that shot is somewhat fascinating. It looks as if you are streaming on a chariot in the clouds...
