creaking on the back deck

more creaking
"i hope you can be at peace"
nothing
we think he is gone
relax
mom is about to open the back door
screaming face in the window

sleepy

i'm very thankful that the paper i thought was due tonight isn't due til wednesday. so, when i came home from my first class i took a nap. my intent was to sleep til 2, but halfway through my nap i changed the alarm to 2:30, then it went off and i hit snooze. i'm pretty sure i could sleep straight through to dinner, but then i would miss my class.

Coffee & Metalpeter

[inlink]metalpeter,183[/inlink] I doubt they are trying to hide something. They came right out in the open and said they seriously think it's arson. Based on my knowledge of crumbling buildings, they most likely chose to tear it down so quickly because it was dangerous. In the state it was in before they tore it down (and I saw it with my own eyes) it could have fallen down on its own at any minute and fallen on the building next door, or on the stupid people standing across the street onthe sidewakl just staring at it and blocking the walkway, or even on the people trying to investigate the cause. I'm guessing they tore it down quickly so that it would be controlled and no longer be a danger to anyone.

we're old

I guess RJ and I are party poopers because by 11pm we don't see the point of leaving for the bar any more. We wanted to get people together and leave around 9, we talked to people about it at 8:30 and they said yes. Then it took them til 10:30 to finalyl figure out where they wanted to go and get themselves together. Now we are too tired to walk all the way down to Goodbar, drink forever, walk all the way back home, and then get up at a reasonable time and be productive and conscious and go to work. We must be getting old. Also, we were supposed to meet three boys, who are all looking for girls, so RJ and I really don't have any reason to hang out there anyway.
