[inlink]metalpeter,183[/inlink] I doubt they are trying to hide something. They came right out in the open and said they seriously think it's arson. Based on my knowledge of crumbling buildings, they most likely chose to tear it down so quickly because it was dangerous. In the state it was in before they tore it down (and I saw it with my own eyes) it could have fallen down on its own at any minute and fallen on the building next door, or on the stupid people standing across the street onthe sidewakl just staring at it and blocking the walkway, or even on the people trying to investigate the cause. I'm guessing they tore it down quickly so that it would be controlled and no longer be a danger to anyone.

we're old

I guess RJ and I are party poopers because by 11pm we don't see the point of leaving for the bar any more. We wanted to get people together and leave around 9, we talked to people about it at 8:30 and they said yes. Then it took them til 10:30 to finalyl figure out where they wanted to go and get themselves together. Now we are too tired to walk all the way down to Goodbar, drink forever, walk all the way back home, and then get up at a reasonable time and be productive and conscious and go to work. We must be getting old. Also, we were supposed to meet three boys, who are all looking for girls, so RJ and I really don't have any reason to hang out there anyway.

i feel stupid today

it's just been one of those days:
- went to school to work on a presentation i had to give tonight with a partner, forgot my book
- drove back home to get the book, forgot the other book i needed for class
- my fly was down for a long time and my friend pointed it out to me
- in my presentation i called the book "the first days of summer" when it is really called "the first days of school"
- i said something to my brother in AIM, then closed the window. he responded like 5 seconds later, and i had already forgotten that i even said anything to him...observe:

sky surfing

rj made a big mess [c]all[/c] over the floor and clothes and bed in our bedroom and we couldn't get it cleaned up before my dad came up to talk to us. by the time my dad got up the stairs to our room, he had turned into rj's dad. *wake up to say goodbye to rj*

there were a bunch of us that had been captured. the bad guys had put tracking devices or sensors of some sort underneath our skin on the backs of our hands. the devices burned and they were really painful. we went to a lady who could help us, but she was so busy that i was going to have to wait until tomorrow to get my tracking dot removed. she explained that she would just have to snip the top layers of skin open and remove the devices, then sew my hand back together. i was ok with that. she gave me a shot of lidocane to make the pain go away for a little while. then i watched her remove the device from someone else's hand. she had to lock his wrist down to a board so he wouldn't move, then she drove a nail through his hand. i was terrified, and the lady assured me that my method would be different, that this guy had a mega device or something. *wake up, roll over*

a group of us were stuck at the top of a cliff at the ocean. there were guides there to help us get down. we had to glide around on these ropes that were set up in a grid over the ocean. i was concerned because my feet were in the water and i didn't have any water shoes, like everyone else did. i thought a shark would bite me or something. the guide said that would probably happen and i should keep my toes curled up. i took my rope trip and it was super fun and then i landed on the beach with the other half of my adventure group. our next task would be to glide across to another beach with three people on one rope. this wouldn't be that hard because we had a little seat. we were just piling onto our rope when...*wake up*
