a word to the unwise
Just a note: NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM A USED CAR SALESMAN!!! There's an awesome building on Lexington, the one the Co-op is in. The apartments are sweet, but the guy who owns them screwed us over. We payed him $1800 and then when we showed up to move in, he stuck three of us in two one bedroom apartments, one of which didn't even have a working shower or toilet. As much as anyone might want to live in this building, don't do it, you will get screwed. We had to take this guy to court and it sucked.
