Sometimes it's best to forget the past...the good and the bad.
The future is not written yet, and you can never predict it.
The only time that exists is the instant. You live in the moment, keep that in mind and you will never worry again, you will never be afraid, you will never have to wonder if's...and's...or but's...just take care of what you need to and be.
