TechNoir Events is proud to hook up with Broadway Joe's and a variety of local DJs to once again host Buffalo's second public indoor/outdoor Alternative Garage Sale! We look forward to this event growing with each sale. Be sure not to miss this event as we may not be holding another one until the weather gets warmer!

• Accessories
• Housewares (spooky, of course) and MUCH MUCH MORE!!!!

We'll be filling up both the inside and as much of the outside patio area as we can with vendors!

Age limit is 16+. Anyone under 21 must have proper ID to enter.

Music for the event provided by:

DJ Leah (from WBNY 91.3 FM The Darkside radio show every Friday, also guest DJs everywhere) will be spinning from 5-6 pm

Vo Mit (from the band Corpse Bomb, owner/operator FivePlagues/Etsy and former City Club/Detroit, Radiation, TechNoir guest DJ) will be spinning from 6-7 pm

N3wt (from the band Armageddon Party and former bar back at Club Diablo) will be spinning from 7-8 pm (not live PA)

DJ Soma (former WBNY 91.3 DJ The Space Time Trip radio show and local EDM scene promoter and WNYSOR member, also has DJed everywhere) will be spinning from 8-9 pm

DJ Einsam Fechter (from Uprising, 1st Friday of the month at Broadway Joe's) will spinning from 9 til whenever he feels like stopping.

This event may go past 10 for people that want to stick around after the vendors pack up at 10.

This is not a dance party. However, since the music will be super awesome and there's alcohol involved, we can't be held responsible if dance party time occurs in random areas.

The bar will be open for drink purchases. The food menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, wings, pizza logs and deep fried tater tots.

$5 gets you a 5x5 space inside or outside.
Inside space is limited and is first come first served.
The music will be louder inside and the lighting isn't that great, but there are plenty of outlets for extra lighting.

5x5 fits a card table and a hanging rack.

$10 for any space over 5x5 inside or outside.
There are only two larger than 5x5 spaces available inside.

This is something we've been wanting to do for a long time. With the HUGE success of the garage sales in Rochester at Vertex Nightclub, we are extremely happy to offer the same experience here in Buffalo! And if this event goes over well, I'm sure we'll be able to set up more in the future.

The bar and kitchen will be open for drinks, featuring a new, expanded menu if you'd like to purchase dinner. We might be using the grill outside as well.

If you are interested in vending, please send an email to TechNoir at technoir.events@hotmail.com, FTMP at forthemusicbuffalo@gmail.com or to Tony Agro at TAgro27@hotmail.com to receive the link for where to pay for the vending fee online.

There is a fee to vend and you must provide your own table/racks/chair. Fee depends on how much space you'll need and ranges from $5-$15. Let us know if you prefer to be inside or outside. Inside space is limited and costs more money, so first come first serve!

We'll be taking payments online and by cash ONLY (no checks or money orders)!!
Only Amy and Tony will be accepting physical cash payments.

5 x 5 spaces (enough room for a card table and hanging rack) are $5 for outside and $10 for inside.
(The lights will be on inside, the bar will be open, please note the music provided for the event will not be super loud, but it will obviously be louder inside)

If you need more space than 5 x 5 the fee will be $15 whether you're inside or outside.

Our three DJs for the evening include some well-known names in the local scene:

ArcaTek- Radiation Dance Party- (Buffalo, NY)
ArcaTek is the current resident DJ for Buffalo's most popular monthly goth/industrial dance night, Radiation. He also used to be the resident DJ on Saturday nights at the Continental in Buffalo for nine years, on Saturday nights at Red Square in St. Catherines, for two years at OPM Lounge (for the events Wicked Wednesdays & Radiation Fridays), and for one year at The Atomic on Thursday nights in Buffalo, NY. He has also done guest spots in Boston, Montreal, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Albany. ArcaTek has been DJing for 12 years at various clubs spanning 2 countries.

DJ Leah: - The Darkside radio show- (Buffalo, NY)
DJ Leah has been hosting a weekly goth/industrial radio show on Buffalo State's college radio station WBNY 91.3 FM since 2002. She has also Djed in Syracuse, Vertex in Rochester, as well as at Buffalo haunts Groove, OPM, Sound Lab, 658 Lounge, The Continental, and Club Diablo.

DJ Golden Dove: - (Buffalo, NY)
Golden Dove began his DJ career at SUNY Potsdam's college radio station, 90.3 FM WAIH, playing Electro-Industrial, EBM, Terror EBM, etc. He also ran music for a commemoration of Poe's death party. The event was a combination of burlesque performers and readings of Poe's works. He also has experience DJing at Club Diablo and has performed experimental glitch music at Nobody's art gallery in Buffalo.

Doors at 11pm, party goes til 4 am
Admission: 21+ ONLY and $3 (sorry kids, we gotta rent the venue)
Dress Code: No dress code, but cyber and/or industrial/goth themed attire is encouraged.
We'll be decorating the place, as we always do!

I am throwing a Steampunk cosplay event on May 12, 2012 at The Forvm in Amherst. Featuring a live band, burlesque and belly dance performances, Pyromancy, vendors and photography. Admission is $10, it's 17+. Steampunk dress is encouraged, but not required.

I am DJing at an End of Summer Dance party @ Diablo on Friday.

I will be djing tomorrow at Club Diablo along with DJ Oldskool and DJ Leah. Not sure what time I'm going on, but I will be doing two sets. Set one will be electro and EBM. Set two will be Hellektro and Rythmic Noise. The night is free and begins at 10, so some on down!

Ack the Steampunk event is Saturday the 16th.

This gallery showing will feature photographs of local models depicting scenes from the Alice In Wonderland movie.


However the photos will feature a morbid/horror/twisted depiction of the movie.
Right up our alley!

The theme for this event is, obviously, a Gothic Tea Party, so feel free to dress up in theme, if you'd like!

This is a free event.
