hi, estrip. it's been a very long time. all my past entries are so sad so here is a happy update full of pictures.

i made this mask for halloween from this tutorial but it didn't really turn out how i wanted it to. i am going to try again before the party on friday.


Well hope you find something (I have a job but might have to look really hard soon...) I'm sure they are out there some place .....

So you know how our favorite part of yoga is the meditation. When I need to meditate at home I like to just youtube "meditation music," pick a long song, and lay down on some blankets and pillows for a while. Sometimes I can only get into it for 10-15 mins. Sometimes 45 fly by. Then I feel totally refocused and calm. You should try it until you can get a yoga mat. It feels very similar to how you feel after yoga.
PS - I'm glad you started coming with me. It's nice to have a yoga buddy!
Sorry you are down, I hope you feel better and don't get more discouraged. Roswell always has job openings for various things you might be able to do. They update their listings quite a bit so it might be helpful to keep checking back. :::link:::
I find exercise/activity to be a huge help, and science certainly backs it up. The season change and longer days will give a boost too (large part of the reason I am free from it for now)
