For a while in our building at work the creepy shower in the men's bathroom was boarded up, and had a huge hole punched in the wall. Now its taped off and you can't use it because of asbestos. Should it have been closed off this whole time? How ironic would it be getting mesothelioma at a cancer hospital.

Music is artCategory: dancing
After Tour de Farms, we headed to music is art with (e:xandra). First I had to go with my mom to let out this horse of great Dane. It was a little terrifying because he could jump so that he was taller than me.
I met up with everyone at music is art for the end. I couldn't tell if the music the DJ played was actual 90s dance or it was from hipsters. We saw Masumis friend Liz and Phi there, before (e:Steve) met with us. it was an awesome time.

Tour de farmsCategory: bikes
Tour de Farms was way colder than last year, but still pretty awesome. (e:terry) and I left in the morning, and met up with (e:yesthatcasey) for the urban farm portion. (e:paul) rested up in bed during the morning.
Terry and I had to dress warm and sporty. It got warmer later though.
Ever since I replaced the chasis on my phone, the pictures are so blurry and overexposed. I think the lens plastic isn't as good.
Wilson Street urban farm. They have 25 lots and the one owner has a pretty intense beard.
The MAP chickens. I don't want to eat them but they're cute enough that I want to raise one.
This weird house in Elma had a garden of bald eagle status. 'Merica
You weren't supposed to pick the flowers at Ole's farm this year. Everyone who did got yelled at.
The food was really good this year. We had wraps from Ashker's for lunch, and I got bean salad and corn for dinner. Warning for next year, the potato salad has bacon in it.
Paul woke up at noon to pick up Casey after he got a flat. He raced out to Alden on his bike and we got to drink beer and eat with him.
I got to track Paul's Tour de suburb on the way over with Google+.

New job (again)Category: work
On Thursday, I got offered a full time position as a programmer analyst at Roswell. It starts as soon as I'm done with my contract - I'm so pumped that I get to stick around.
The only down side is I won't be in the web development department with (e:Paul) anymore, I'll be on the clinical IT team. But maybe we can get find ways to pull projects together.
This week we also got to soft launch the appointment reminder system. Four patients have already signed up. I can't wait to make it even better.
(E:Joe) and I actually work amazingly well together. I would say better than anyone else I ever worked with.
Congrats, that's great news!
Its sometimes better not to work with family. ;-)
