That was pretty interesting and the changing of size does make sense... If you think about it in reverse larger people assuming the keep good circulation would be kept warmer in the cold by body fat....

boffins!
tinypliny - 02/24/12 12:03
Unfortunately, it's kind of rough for early adopters. You get eaten by the other big ones easily.

Vacation Time
Category: work
I have so much vacation time and never any time to use it. I know I just went to New York but I have off on Friday and Monday was a state holiday so I really only took off Thursday.

This summer I want to travel around a bit but I have to use a bunch of it before April or I just lose it. I think somewhere warm is in order.

I think I saw hardboiled emu eggs on the menu of a breakfast place there.
jbeatty - 02/20/12 20:21
I always love the crazy food you can find in NYC. I mean what the hell would I do with an Emu egg? At $30 a hit it would be a shame to break the yolk when you are cracking it.

Nice Pictures glad it is a good time.....

Williamsburg Bridge 5am
Category: nyc
Last night I walked myself from the village to long island city at 4am. It was only 5 miles from Manhattan, across the two bridges through Brooklyn. I was kind of terrified when I got to the first bridge, not knowing what was on the other side but I quickly started to feel more confident. I had to just remind myself how much less scary it is then so many of the other places I wandered around. In all it took about 2 hours.
