Grapefruit and Orange Juice

This morning the news broke some story about grapefruit and orange juice preventing strokes. This afternoon wegmans had 3 different fresh squeazed orange juice and grapefruit juice display stands that were mostly sold out. Coincidence or brialliant marketing?

The sugar content in some of those juices are not exactly diabetic-cardio-vascular system friendly. The fibre that balances all of this sugar out is entirely missing in juices.

Well both Juices aren't for everyone because of the acid... But it is still better then say Soda Pop (If you get it from a machine aka a soda fountain think Burger King, or 7-eleven it is Soda if you get it in a bottle it is pop) But lets leave that for another time... I have also heard that I won't say here what it makes taste better oh yeah blood if you are a Vampire......HA

High-definition, 3D App Store

They had this really high-definition, 3d app store at office max. I kept pressing on the boxes to see ratings and reviews but I think they were broken.

Thr brightest flash

My new phone has the brightest flash. Here is (e:Mike) and I being blinded at Vera's last night. The pizza and drinks were delicious. The bar drinks reminded me a lot of the ones we had in NYC at Dutch Kills.

Not that I have a Camera Phone but
1. A great flash is a help for great pix
2. Of course the down side is that do you really want a flash going off in a bar or dimly lit bar it is better if it can somehow get that same shot with out one... Kinda doubt that is possible
2a. At least the flash lets everyone know you are taking pictures but again what is so great about a phone is people don't notice really

Mike looks like he is having a great time or maybe that is just the Flash.... I've never heard of that place but sure you guys had a great time.....

That was pretty interesting and the changing of size does make sense... If you think about it in reverse larger people assuming the keep good circulation would be kept warmer in the cold by body fat....

Vacation Time

I have so much vacation time and never any time to use it. I know I just went to New York but I have off on Friday and Monday was a state holiday so I really only took off Thursday.

This summer I want to travel around a bit but I have to use a bunch of it before April or I just lose it. I think somewhere warm is in order.
