I made this recipe tonight

(substituting mushroom broth for the chicken broth and adding more fresh dill, fresh parsley, tamari, paprika and lemon juice). I was doubtful while making it but was very pleased with the result. I think I'd try it again with a mushroom medley instead of just portobello. The reviews suggest using a high quality Hungarian paprika instead of something ordinary.
