dropping pounds

When I had stopped working out in August, I had gotten past 160lbs. When I weighed myself this morning I was 151. I refuse to go back into the 140s. I guessing I need to make the decision to work out again I will surely end up back at 145.

Halibut Cheeks

They are quite tasty. Similar consistency to scallops. I paired them with blood orange, garlic and parsley.

I was jealous when I saw you bought these before. Halibut cheek is supposed to be some of the best stuff out of the sea. Where did you buy it again?

Random bowls of food are my favorite thing to eat. This one us is Swiss Chard, romaine lettuce, raddichio, artichoke hearts, asparagus, tuna, marcaroni and cheese, rice, garbanzo beans, shreded carrot, cherries and Colby Jack cheese topped with olive oil and herb salt.

I had a grapefruit for dessert.
