Maybe all you fbookers saw this already but I just stumbled across it today and found it quite entertaining. I wonder if this is how I come across sometimes.

Forced Air - Furnace FilterCategory: home
16x25x1. I am sick of not being sure what size filter I need so I figured I would write it down here instead of on some random piece of paper. I wish so bad I had radiators instead of forced air. I feel like it is killing me. The years I had radiators I breathed so much better.
I wonder just how expensive it would be to convert to modern radiators. Anyone have any experience with this.

You could do that but its a lot easier to carry a picture around, especially with filters because they get so dusty/dirty.

I admit I don't deal with stuff like this... I thought when ever you needed a certain type of light or Battery or filter you took the old one with you to the store so the people (say Home Depot) or even you can match it up in the store..........

The snow is so shinyCategory: weather
I wish I had a better camera than my phone. It is the shiniest, sparkliest snow ever but my phone won't do it justice.

Snow With a flash is tough to shoot, you really have to be at pro level not sure about with a phone though. Since the flash hits the snow in mid air it looks wacky then in the dark it is hard to see the snow.......

I was fascinated and for the first time free-fell on some of the pavement snow. It felt awesome. (I kind of wished I had more muscle because all the bones impacted at the end of the free-fall, but it was great) and scared some people who were walking on the other side of the road.

ColorsCategory: work
At work I designed and programmed the new intranet over the last year. Instead of jamming a color scheme down people's throats I decided to let people choose there own color and then created a formula to scheme from there.
People seem to like it because out of the ~1,500 people that use a computer each day, almost 1,000 chose a color.
You would be surprised at how many people pick hot pink/peach and bright oranges. There are even a few hot sea foam greens. To be fair there are many more woman, but even some guys have pinks and purples.
Its funny because the corporate push/marketing designers would be for corporate blues and boring greys but clearly, the people voting with colors picked much brighter hues.
This fire orange, I copied from (e:tinypliny) who had it for a while.

The saturated areas are the parts you kind of ignore, like you links to most used content, etc. The white space is then focused on things like the search and content areas.
You can pick pastels too but I really like the bright colors.

Each one of those dots on the quilt represent a color swatch that people chose. The color scheme is from one of the users.

Today the videographer told me that my work is ugly because I am not a designer. Ugly is so subjective. The ironic part is I actually have an MFA in computer media studies. I wonder if he does?

Without knowing the computer system and what you have to read my take is this.... People like to have a strong contrast between what they are reading and background. I think bright colors work best for this. As Amazing as a black background with red Writing looks it is tough to read this band Stemm had there myspace blog like that and I never read it because of that color scheme..... That Brings me to a point is it true that (e:strip) will be getting themes again?

My Newer DreamphoneCategory: mobile
That went fast. Just as soon as I thought I wanted that phone, this one came out
It has a dual processor, and a webtop accessory that lets the phone become a netbook. I hope it is available by my birthday but I doubt it.

(e:puddlediving) just told me this is the phone she wants (to replace her broken old iPhone) and it's out March 6. Can't wait to see it.

I want the laptop dock. That would be perfect. Perfect. All hot-swap. No boot time. Great battery life.
Oh, one of my clients got a nook before xmas and took it to Italy on vacation. She had d/ld some travel guides and used it to plan her adventures - she said it worked great and she loved being able to check her email & browse. I told her about how you rooted yours. She was kinda jealous and she's not at all a techie. She was pleased that we had played with all those tablets and that we liked your nook best. Her husband got a kindle as an unexpected gift and they haven't even taken it out of the box.

haha - when is your birthday?
haha - when is your birthday?
Here is my take on Net Neutrality... Now my take is a bit different then most... I think this is one issue to hide another.... I think the real is the government monitoring the Internet and spying on people.... See if some company or entity says that ok this company gets better access or quicker then someone has to make sure that, that is correct so that agency then monitors everything..... I also think this issue might be away to distract people from government snooping... Or maybe they just look at facebook since we tell all anyways, HA?
Way too much coverage for an (e:Paul) costume. ;-)
