Crappy Weekend
Category: work
It is getting to the point that I work as much on the weekend as during the week. This week I worked ~60 hours. The few minutes I am not working I don't get to spend having fun because I am too exhausted and/or nervous I will need to handle some work emergency.

Its like being a doctor on call with no other doctors around. I handle all of my own issues and then everyone comes to me for their own. I need an assistant so bad. I asked for one. Let's hope there is money for it in the budget in April. Honestly, if I don't get one - I give myself two more years and I am finding another job or having a heart attack.

A picture is worth a thousand words. This is how I feel.

Fat Bobs Pig
Category: food
Nameless Bitch and I hit up Fat Bobs for lunch on Friday. Unfortunately, I have no pictures of the food because my hands were too damn sticky for phone use. The smoked wings appetizer was very yummy. They were much different that the ones at one eyes jacks in lockport in that they were massive, consisting of all three parts of the wing and that they didn't so much fall off the bone. I assume the one-eyed jack's wings are smoked much longer.

To me smoked wings are a million times better than fried ones. I can also eat a lot more of them as they are not so greasy.

Then for the main course I had the smoked half chicken with collard greens and fries. Also delicious although once again, the meat stuck to the bone much more than at one eyed jacks.

I think my favorite part is the skin. I could probably eat a whole meal of chicken skin which is precisely why I love chicken legs and wings.

Snail Fingers

I keep trying to take a picture of this and it never comes out how i planned it so I decided to just post it anyways. I feel like it might have more potential against a very blue sky or very green grass.

That is SO cool. Love it! It looks like the five-eyed monster watching over people when they eat seafood.

Coconut Gelatto and Brown Rice
Category: food
This is my new favorite thing. I didn't want to eat rice plain but I figured I should eat some carbs because my meal consisted of only vegtables and smoked chicken breast.

I decided to combine the cooled brown rice with icecream. I suppose it draws inspiration from rice pudding and add a good amount of fiber yo the dessert component of my meal. This one is coconut gelatto based.

It's called payasam in tamil - with a ton of coconut and raisins and cashews and whatnots. 1 tablespoon is around 1500 calories.

Tron Guy - Net Neutrality
Category: web
Maybe all you fbookers saw this already but I just stumbled across it today and found it quite entertaining. I wonder if this is how I come across sometimes.

Here is my take on Net Neutrality... Now my take is a bit different then most... I think this is one issue to hide another.... I think the real is the government monitoring the Internet and spying on people.... See if some company or entity says that ok this company gets better access or quicker then someone has to make sure that, that is correct so that agency then monitors everything..... I also think this issue might be away to distract people from government snooping... Or maybe they just look at facebook since we tell all anyways, HA?

Way too much coverage for an (e:Paul) costume. ;-)
