The morning started with a call from my boss at 8am that I was late
for a presentation to the leadership forum. The meeting was two and
half hours before my usual start time and I had taken today off to
work on the house, totally forgetting about it.
So, i rushed out and made in time for my presentation and it went
awesome. Work has just been awesome in general. I even got an award
for innovation. Find out more about that next week.
So back to the house, I am capable of doing so many more things now
thanks to my new wood chisel set. I made some fancy new replacement
parts for the house facade and replaced some more shingles with
(e:matthew)'s help. Some bees has gotten in where the insulation was
blown in. We stuffed them shut and replaced the shingles that were on
top of them. You can't even tell which ones are new.
I was also able to finish half of the driveway-side cornace in brown
and orange. I had my dad come and watch me in case i fell. I think
he enjoyed watching me work, haha. It was also nice to spend some
time with him.
It's crazy how much you an get done in a day.
pretty sure i am going to buy that owl pillow... saw it a few weeks ago and don't care that it is for little girls.
Couldn't the birds make friends with the sheep?
Great minds Mike. I saw that and thought: Um you dont need a dog in order to buy super cute owl pillows.
there is no need to have a dog in order to get dog toys
I think those might be sheep.
So, to add diligently to my paul-specific-list...
6. Furry sheep toys that are going through a canine identity crisis.
7. Pillows that have owls, that ogle so that your nightmares may substantially improve in quality.
