So I'm a bit behind with things like the olympics and the bandits and other online stuff but finally 4 days after the bandits game I will put up some pictures, they lost again the bums they are still my team part of the problem was bad goaltending that game.

On My Way I passed through the Powder Keg Festival. If I had more time I would have liked to check out the maze and gone into the Pearl St. Grill. Well here are pictures from that Area.

Oh yeah then On Sunday I had a great time watching Olympic Hockey to bad team USA came up short but they still did pretty good. My next bandits game is Saturday then about a week after that I'm going to a Sabres game.

So some how with only getting one seat I was able to sit in the first row that they sell that was pretty cool. Here are some pictures that show off the monster trucks and they also had some FMX and some go cart racing as well.





















































































































































































































I had a great time. One thing I wanted to add is that Monster Jam is a different series or circuit then this series. Monster jam is on speed vision and has come to The Erie County fair in the past but that was years ago. I also saw another promotion back when WCW had monster jam trucks. WWE had The Rock and Austin. I would love to go see monster jam some time. I don't think they come to buffalo any more though I know they have come as close as Toronto but not sure how close they come in "The States"

So there is no way I can post all my pictures from the monster trucks last night. I did have a good time at the pit party and the show. The pit party is where you go down onto the floor and see the trucks up close and the drivers are there and you can pay for a ride on a monster truck. Oh it is a special truck just for that it isn't one of the trucks that is competing. But Last year I think at the end of the show one of them did do some freestyle but not at last nights show, but maybe today's who knows.

So On Fat Tuesday I just got to the parade on time to watch it. I wanted to go and see The Stripteasers and get fucked up but mainly see them. But also the olympics where on and it was cold, and we where going to be short a person for part of the day the next day at work and it is a short week. But what lead me the most I think was this sterotype I have. Well sterotype isn't the right word. I don't know much about Roxy's since I've never been there. I thought it was a gay bar or lesbian bar. My view based on that is a single stright guy going into a lesbian bar by him self might not sit to well with some people there. I'm not picking on anyone but it could appear that I was there for the wrong reasons. Lets face it most stright guys have watched some form or Girl on Girl porn or some kind of girls kissing girls website or pictures. It isn't the same seeing it is public like in a porn just like stright people making out isn't the same as in porn. I just get this feeling that I might not be welcome there. I'm not saying I wouldn't be welcomed , it is just a feeling I have. Now if I was with some friends it might be a different story.

On a side note I kinda feel Mardi Gras is kinda silly in Buffalo. It is freezing who is going to show of there tits or their dick for beads, well ok I would if she was cute, well I wouldn't need beeds but maybe some green label Jack might help. Hope those who went out had a great time and stayed safe. Yesterday was Ash Wedsday and lent has started for some people that is a big holiday also. Now that I think about it I'm not even sure what Mardi Gras cellebrates and I'm not sure what Fat Tuesday is about except that it is like the end of it. One thing that Surprised me is the planned parenthood truck, hey it is a good idea wish I would have stopped by there with some one and then we went back to their place that would have been fun, oh yeah and look at what is less then a month away, hard to believe that.

I thought I should say something about the winter olympics but not sure what. I have all kinds of posts well they are really links over on facebook. I watched the opening ceremonies on Both CBC and NBC last night. It was friday at the end of a work week so I couldn't stay up for all of them. My quick thoughts are this

-- Much Music has a set up in the olympic village area someplace and that was interesting they had girls/ladies in an out door hot tube and had a promotion called "Drop Your Gear For Beer" . You strip down to you underwear for beer. To bad we don't get Much Music in the US anymore there used to me a Much Music USA that got bought and changed it name to Fuze (or is that with an S) if you have digital cable check them out they play a lot of music. When they first changed names they had some of the old shows on that where on both networks. Oh yeah back to the much Music thing. I guess they also have bands coming by, so if you have a Dish or live in Canada check them out.

- I loved the snowboarding entrance thing that was pretty amazing.

- Like the teams coming in when It hit commercial time I would flip to CTV/CFTO or vise versa.

- After the fact I saw the Torch Passing all I can is The Great one was awesome

- Saw the whale thing that was pretty cool

- Ski Jumping is pretty cool

- Even though they warned us, I'm surprised they showed the entire deadly luge crash, I thought for sure they would make that only on the web, plus they showed the medics working on him, again that surprised me.

CTV/CFTO has coverage starting like about an Hour ago. One of the events got cancelled so I wonder what they are doing about that viewership wise. Need to see.

Tonight Have to see the Moguls where they then do the tricks that is amazing.

Never made it to my movie or to get my self a huge Heart maybe I'll slide up to wilson farms or walgreens and get one for my self so I can treat my self during the games tonight

Day one was good hoping the rest are good also.

Back to the CTV thing for a minute. What I watched this morning (some of it) was kinda like a recap show. One thing that I drew from it was that it isn't just about the sports. It is about more and they show you or at least talk about some of the things other then just the sport like things like things in the area connected to the games. Wish I was better at explaining it.
