this isn't a tool for the EVA to blow smoke up it's own ass... its for the village to use to attract tourists, and the city to use as a draw as well...
This award goes to everyone who lives there, works there, volunteers, cleans up and enjoys elmwood... everyone should be proud... and now the rest of america knows/will know about it.
Now lets move on to the east/west sides and the downtown area with this can do attitude..
yup. If they would have been cooler about the announcement, we would've all been thrilled.
It is a great award, it's just unfortunate the way they hyped it as being the Best Thing Ever, and were secretive about it, which led people to speculate wildly. Anything is disappointing after that.
