Buffalo & Baltimore
There's a lot about Baltimore that reminds me of Buffalo. Some of the architecture is among those things. The tallest building in each of these cities is a good example. Some of the facts:

It's kind of funny how Buffalo is trying to replicate the success of the Baltimore Inner Harbor or at least want to be it when it grows up. At least we got our casino set up early as it looks like Baltimore just added one.
