I'm feelin 22

Everyone in my training class is so young... And they all though I was their age... 22.

Haha! They won't believe me when I say I'm 30. I love it, best day ever.

Plus I get paid for having the next two days off. :)

Having a real job with real benefits and amazing ones at that just feels really great. Happy thanksgiving peoples!

This is torture

Having to be at work by 6.... It's just so fucked up. Thank god I chose the late shift for my actual schedule after training.

I woke up at 504am and had to leave the house by 520 today. I had no clue how I managed to get my hair up, makeup on, and dressed in that time. I also made coffee and chugged done down.

I have to go tutor my student now and I'm just ready for bed. I have a headache... I'm going to bed by 8 tonight, maybe earlier. So excited to have a long weekend so I can go to the gym and relax before a long week next week. Mornings and me... We don't get along.

Way before the crack of dawn

I've been up since 326... First day of training for my new job. I have to be there by 545 today and then 600am for the next 6 weeks. This is going to take some serious discipline because it means getting up by 4am and leaving the house around 5...

Why would they have training so early? To torture us probably...

I'm already behind schedule here. I'm excited... To have a job! My car broke down on the way to the mall yesterday, which is good because I wasn't planning on leaving the house which means it would have broken on the way to work today. The tow people took 4 hrs to come tow it... And then they were not very bright an told me my car wasn't there. Good thing that all happened yesterday... I cannot stand being stressed or late on the first day!

Pre tow, full body selfie...

Feather nails

These nails are so much work... But just so cool. I think it's my dream to own a nail shop/bar one day... I think about champagne and nail art at least 50 times a day... Now I just need like 10 yrs to save.

Some random chick at the store complimented my nails yesterday, makes all that time I spent worth it. I could talk nails for days.

I swear I brought the cold, wet, dreary weather back to Arizona! It's been gloomy here all week, but I kinda loved having my last week off like this. I've read three books... Reading makes me so feel happy and fulfilled.

I finally started up at the gym again yesterday... It felt good and I need to get up of my ass and go again today! I wonder if anyone uses the gym at work, maybe I will meet a nice hunky man there. :)

Getting paid for doing nothing

I drove to my student's house to tutor him and e refused to see me. So, I got paid my hourly rate plus $10 for driving there. Best day ever.

Hit up smash burger for a juicy burger and the most delish rosemary fries. Productive day!

BuffaHO and the return to my bed

The one thing I miss the most when I'm away from home is my bed. There is nothing like sinking into my mattress and having that kind of sleep that feels like a hibernation! I also love that I can go about the house here in very little clothes... Shorty shorts and a t shirt.

I love my nieces so much, it's so hard to say goodbye. I was fighting back tears at the airport. It's funny you think you really know what love is, but loving a child is so much more pure and intense. I can't imagine what it will feel like when I have my own children, I can't wait. It's especially hard to say goodbye to Zooey now that she is almost 5, she cries when we leave and it makes me so sad to see her sad. She is the sweetest, most beautiful, inquisitive, little girl it's always such a joy to be around her and teach her new things. Kyla legitimately thinks I'm her grandma now and she is the most stubborn, crazy, silly, cuddly ball of love and cuddles. Alice thinks she is older and always getting into everything because she wants to be just like her sisters. It's all around madness and I love every minute I have with them... So precious!

As for my boys, they are precious too and my family and I are so lucky to have men like (e:Paul) and (e:Terry) who take our family in as their own, let me use their car, and spend quality time with my nieces. It means so much to me and my sister and mother. People like this are not common!

It's so hard to find a balance between crazy party me and auntie me... I was so hungover on Saturday, it was like a near death experience lols! But (e:Mike) tends to bring out the monster in me!

(E:yesthatcasey) and (e:libertad) I owe you a fried chicken dinner next trip!!!!

I had the best plane ride back of my life with a whole row to myself.... And a less than half full plane with no children. Amazing.

Miss you all so much already!

Freezing!

Not only was the plane from Phoenix to Charlotte freezing, it also feels like they don't even hear the Charlotte airport. All these people walking around with t shirts on... And I have on two jackets and a good and scarf.

I am so happy I packed literally every warm clothing item I own for the next week. Anything below 80 is like winter for me. Maybe PayPal has an office somewhere in the tropics....

And another random food diary

2 cups honey but Cheerios

3/4 almond milk

1 banana

3 mints

3 ricola cough drops

None of it stayed down. Being sick is pissing me off because it interrupts my whole daily routine. I couldn't even go to the gym or for a walk... I could barely manage to pack and shower. Here's hoping to ok travel... I want to just sleep the whole way.

Help!

I suddenly became sick last night out of nowhere and I literally slept for 16 hrs... I have to do so much cleaning and packing and I have zero energy.

Plus the fact that I really don't want to be sick on a plane as (e:Paul) and I have discussed. I guess I'm gonna have to drink liquids only today and not eat. Probably should skip the gym too. Hopefully it's just a 24 hr bug that will disappear by 1230 tonight when I fly out!
