Okay maybe I do have a seafood problem. The food at the Black Rock Kitchen is delicious. I had a calamari, shrimp and crab appetizer to start followed by the crab cake BLT. The food was a bit expensive but it tasted so good. I wanted to try the lamb real bad but it was encrusted with pistachio and I'm not a big fan of pistachios after I ended up eating pistachio worms a couple times.

Trip To Windmill PointCategory: swimming
After a day of non-stop gardening we biked to Canada for some swimming, then swam across the freezing quary twice before heading back to the states. The peace bridge is under construction now so you travel on the Canadian sidewalk going both ways.
Its awesome to just be able to skip all the cars going into Canada.

Yum Tuna SaladCategory: food
I had the best tuna salad this morning. I bought a huge chunk of tuna at thr coop and chopped it up into salad. It must have been okay to eat it raw like the sign said, because it was like 10 hours ago and I'm not dead yet.

Its worth it. I'd rather die than not eat seafood. I already went and had my doctor run hair and blood mercury tests and they didn't find anything. Despite me eating it often. That whole thing is only 0.3 lbs. I also mostly choose from low mercury fish despite the occasional tuna here and there. My favorite of all fish are the smaller greasy ones is Mackerel and Anchioves.

I feel like I should tell you to go easy on seafood. You never know. It may not be 10 hours, but it could be 10 years before things surface.

Damn, Canada. Near and yet so far.
