I really want to open a noodle bowl restaurant someday. This time I got sweet potato starch clear noodles at the asian grocer on Sheridan. They are so interesting like the mung bean noodles but a sweet potato taste. I mixed in a little sesame oil.
I then paired them with pink American shrimp from Florida and mushrooms lightly fried in peanut oil with garlic cloves, zucchini, sugar snap peas, chopped romain lettuce, a hard boiled egg, cherries, french fries and ruby red grapefruit.
