Tomy is so happy the sun is out that he dropped the stoned baby on its head? And I thought only the Japanese made the weirdest toys. This is Chinese.

are everywhere. Frankly, they look kind of hideous to me. Like someone sewed up an old tattered mattress coverlet en masse. ugh

It feels like they started off as homemade and are now a small industry. They may be cool etc. but they remind me of these stinky little "jholas" that travelling villagers carry back home. They are often made out of mattress coverlets that are old and have been dismantled. Maybe someone countryside hopping in Northern India and brought this back, and they are now part of some urban-western east-revival fashion thing... but ugh, I just can' t get past what they remind me of.

This is why People need to go back to trains.... Or maybe I just love the Show Hell on Wheels to much.... Not sure how they do it now if they send a special car ahead but snow doesn't stop a train.... Well it doesn't really stop planes it is the ice on the wings......
